Location close to pubs and clubs and shopping. Price was cheap. Room provided empty water jug and two cups. No kettle or fridge. Furniture was flat pack and showing its age. Thin sheets. No elevator which is really annoying as I was not travelling light.

Friendly ladies at the reception No elevator. I'm 77 years and have two artificial knees. I had to stay at the 4e floor.The hotel is not a place for seniors or persons with a handocap! The room itself is o.k. But the bsthroom has to be renovated. The water pressure is to low. I had even no water at all for 6 hours.

I love the location since it's near the malls and clinics. It's also a walking distance from the CFO which is the reason I booked this place. The room is clean and the staff are polite. It has 5 floors and no elevator, it's not senior citizen or PWD friendly. We obviously had a senior citizen in the group and still they placed me in the 4th floor room WITH NO ELEVATOR. They originally booked us in a room that was under construction then dangled an upgraded room only to take it back and moved us to a 4th floor, made an old person walk up 4 flights of stairs. They should have initiative and prioritize putting in an elevator.

Location No lift had to walk 4 flights of stairs to our room, bathroom had mould on ceiling No double rooms on ground floor for people with fisabilities

Staff are excellent, professional, courteous, helpful. The location is a 10 minute walk from a shopping centre, restaurants, everything you need. There is even a hospital nearby. The room was good with everything you need. My room was on the fourth floor but there is no lift. A bit of a nuisance.

The location. They have aircon but its not working. i advised their staff to do something but they just making promise to fix it but no action. I stayed 4 nights with no proper ventilation and hot room. No lift or elevator and we are located at 4th floor using stairs with our luggage. No staff helping to carry our luggages.

Good location for getting around and sightseeing, plus close to city centre and many shops, shopping centres, restaurants etc. Breakfast was included. Staff friendly and helpful, answered any questions about getting around as best they could. Happy to call you a taxi. Waiting for the room to be ready despite arriving after check in time. It seemed to be a regular occurrence there. Could do with being a bit cleaner in the rooms.
