Helpful staff, delicious filipino breakfast, great location, safe and secure, 24 hr security and staff. Room is spacious and bed is comfy. Toiletries were provided. Unfortunately, room 206 has no water heater. A lot of ants in the bathroom, sink and bedroom floor. Don’t expect free water bottle but you can ask a refill from their pantry downstairs.

They don’t have complimentary water or even water heater and glasses inside the room The towels and bed sheets are old. Internet connection is not good.

The hotel is conveniently located near a hospital and a mall which made it easy for my senior citizen parent. The room we booked did not come with a desk but the hotel provided us a foldable desk for free upon request. The bed was comfortable and clean. The heating system of the toilet was working well. Internet was also good. No elevator but it was tolerable for us since were only at the 2nd floor. Only 1 keycard is provided even if there were 2 occupants in the room. I alway had to knock for my senior citizen roommate to open the door. Breakfast was ok but breakfast area needs improvement. It's too busy and becomes crowded and disorganized at peak hours. The staff were also very loud while preparing the food. It would have been nice if breakfast was offered with more flexibility (i.e. can be availed anytime of the day, since occupants who would avail of executive health check-ups at the nearby hospital would often do fasting).
