It was close to my favorite spots and was easy to find! The room was cozy to stay in during downtime and I enjoyed being just there. The bidet felt a little wonky, also the room I got this time didnt have a writing table like the previous ones I stayed at before.

Staff offered a good discount with free breakfast -- courteous and friendly staff. free bottled water everyday. they are modernizing elevators during our stay, thus the limited use of elevators. Hair dryers have maximum time limit of 1 hour to use.

Nice hotel with very good service. I enjoyed my stay the room were comfortable and very affordable. The hotel is on a very busy street. If you’re in one of the rooms upfront, you’re gonna hear a road noise.

The room was decent. They clean the room every day. Hotel location is quite good since there was less traffic and not noisy. Food for breakfast was nice, kudos to the cook. Spa services was great, thanks to the lady assigned at the spa front desk and to the masseur. I choose the hotel primaly because of the pool which was requested by my daughter, unfortunately it was out of service for the 3nights of stay which was very disappointing. They should have clarified it in thier property profile, it was very misleading and dishonesty not to disclose it in the website or in booking.com since booking is non-refundable. The requested queen size bed plus single bed was not made available upon check-in and we were made to pay for the extra bed for 3nights which was expensive. Wifi was very slow for 1night and 1 day and tv was not available also during that time due to “maintenance as they say. Staff should be more accommodating and recieve their guest specially to kababayans (not only to foreigners) with a hapoy heart.

The room we booked had a free buffet breakfast, but the receptionist said it didn't apply to online booking, there was no access to the pool site during the morning, they said it was due to maintenance, it is accessible by 1pm our check out until 12pm. My family and I were able to relax because of the softness of the pillows and bed. However, my body and my husband's body were itchy. The bed itself seemed to have small insects, there were a lot of red spots on the side of our body, on the stomach side. I think the bedding needs to be replaced because it has not been used for a long time and has been exposed to dust. No internet connection for the whole night stay until morning.
