I was assigned Room 621, but unfortunately, the window view faces an exit with no natural sunlight at all. The WiFi signal was also quite poor, to the point that I had to rely on my own data for connectivity. That said, the air conditioning was functioning well, and the shower worked as expected. Overall, while some aspects met basic expectations, the lack of natural light and poor internet connection were disappointing

I love their rooms and their swimming pool as well as their gym! The pricing is kinda too high for what the hotel's overall worth.

HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER ALLAN IS VERY HANDS-ON. THE FO DURING MY STAY WERE EXCEPTIONAL! VERY SMILING AND FRIENDLY. NOTHING. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME HERE.

The Barkada Room is really big and cozy. It has also free water, coffee, tea and some hygiene stuffs. I would recommend this room especially for friends and family gatherings.

Service, very clean. In bathroom you have everything what you need. Like 4 star hotel. No wi-fi in room, only outside. Smart TV wasn't work, because no wifi in room. Bathroom leaking and you are not able to switch shower. At 3rd day no hot shower.

The ambiance was refreshing , the staff were very accommodating from the front desk, to the dining area and even to the pool area. We were very much delighted. We were satisfied with everything .

I love the buffet breakfast and the room size. I think the staff needs more CS training they're a bit unresponsive and not really helpful specially the front desk. Also I don't like pricing it's too expensive.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It has been nothing but a series of inconveniences. First, the check-in process was frustrating. Although the standard check-in time is 2 PM, I wasn't able to check in until 3:30 PM, and it wasn't just me—everyone in the lobby was also waiting. Second, I requested an iron and ironing board, which you provided, but the iron's power socket was so loose that it caused sparks when I plugged it in. This is a serious safety hazard. I asked for a replacement, but the new one had the same issue. It took over 30 minutes for a new one to arrive, and despite calling the reception multiple times and being told "it's on the way," no one came until I went to the lobby myself to follow up. By this point, I was running late for a party, which was very frustrating. Third, the AC in my room wasn't working properly. It felt as though there was no AC at all. I reported the issue, but the response I received was to "monitor" the situation, leaving me to suffer in an uncomfortable room. Overall, this stay has been extremely disappointing, and I expected much better from your hotel. I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Food was great, staff were all polite and with all smiles. I booked a barkada room, it has 2 comfort rooms which was nice but it was all smelly and not so clean. Both CRs had a leaked bidet hose. The water went all out to the main door. There were no bathroom rag so we just did what we could to stop the water from coming out. Called the receptionist reported the problem and said they'll send a maintenace person. We waited before we went out for dinner and no one came. We came back to the hotel and still not fixed. Called again the receptionist and waited but no one still came. So we just went on with our evening and sleep as we had to wake up early for the early morning mass. Secondly, a few of the pillows kind of smelly and you can also see in the ceiling some cob webs.
