Clean Comfortable and convenient

Proximity to restaurants. The room size. Service. The first night the security guard saw one of us struggling with multiple bags but did nothing to assist. We paid for checkout extension and they already asked us to leave before 3PM. Upon checkout, they called to offer assistance with our luggage but while waiting in the lobby we were repeatedly asked for the status of our booked ride, as if in a hurry to send us away. Then our bags were brought out and placed on the floor outside the door, assuming the car was nearby when it wasn’t. Pool area was humid as it is indoors and air conditioning wasn’t switched on until guests complained.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The breakfast was a definite highlight. Highly recommended!

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was also clean. I also like their staff because they were very hospitable and accommodating. The location is also accessible. In fact, it was my 2nd time staying in the hotel. And I love it.

The staff are very friendly,courteous and helpful. I would like to thank all the team! Specialy thanks to Jenylyn, she's one of the best staff here in NS HOTEL if I am not mistaken she's the one who assisted me during pandemic when I was detained and stay here for a week. She is one of the best workers at this hotel, she is attentive, kind, and above all, easy to talk to. Ha ha ha if the AC its not working properly that's all.

The swimming pool was indoors and not very appealing.

Loved the place, great value, room service was amazing. Had a spa in the basement and have a discount for people staying at the hotel. Overall loved the place, buffet in the morning was great too Wifi was overloaded and cut out frequently.

I liked the chicken. I dont remember the rest. The fish was dry.My spouse had a hard time.

The hallway in each floors are dim. It is better to put a lighter shade light also inside the room. And the building inside and out are a bit old. Some stain in our blanket.

Maybe the breakfast (doesnt my liking and taste), the smell of the room and CR doesnt smells good.

The restaurant staff was very accommodating and friendly. Special recognition for Andrew, Jac and Jie. Check in and checkout are very slow. There should be an express checkout.

Front desk staff was very professional and restaurant staff was very accommodating. Hotel requires a cash only deposit, yet no room charges are allowed.
