Older hotel that is a little dark with amenities spread out (lobby on first floor, breakfast area and pool across skywalk). Nice pool and rec area

The place was filthy from the parking lot to the elevators all the way up to the rooms the pool hot tub no one has ever cleaned the glass the sauna there was a Band-Aid in there for seven days that we were there the breakfast bar it’s not what it is pictured it’s not what I saw in the Expedia picture of the hotel I have pictures of a yogurt machine that should’ve been cleaned but didn’t look like it was cleaned in years the filth was so disgusting a rag on the floor all week in the food area…. no gloves swiped things with her bare hands

The property was well maintained and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was great except don’t come in close to closing or they won’t get you anything. The reception staff were very nice!!!

There was bugs in the room, toilet didn’t want to B refill, sink was clogged and slow to drain

He gave a map of the hotel, and said go this way for elevator, sign did not reflect that there was an elevator that way. Breakfast was ok, staff in charge was sitting at the bar and playing on his phone the whole time we were there. Dirty towels were visible near the food.

The Best Western Plus Longbranch hotel in Cedar Rapids is a nice hotel for the price. However, my family and I stayed on the 4th floor and had to take a skywalk to the complimentary breakfast every morning. (A very long walk) The pool, hot tub, and game room is definitely a plus at this property. The water pressure for the showers definitely needs to be increased or the showerheads need to be replaced to improve the water pressure.

The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The inside of facility was really nice--lobby, pool/game room area etc..Plenty of parking and a lot of shopping, restaurants in the area. There wasn't very much water pressure in the shower and the tv kept losing internet so hard to watch anything without interruption.

Staff is always friendly and handle all questions and requests I always ask for a first floor room and they assure that I will be in one.
