Elevator and ac unit were malfunctioning…

There were only 10 channels on the TV - no HBO or movies offered. I streamed what I wanted to watch on my MacBook, I feel there should have been a better TV system. The breakfast was pretty standard for a Hampton Inn, but they had lovely lemon poppyseed scones that made up for the boring breakfast. Staff was happy and helpful. The parking lot was in need of help, potholes and broken asphalt - pretty crummy. They need to repair or resurface it. Not a particularly good deal for $160 per night.

First room smelled awful but they were able to move us to a second room, second room the fridge didnt work, 2 lamps didnt work dead roaches just swept up against the walls in the pool area.

First of all, our key card to our room, and then to let us in from outside, was not functioning well. Secondly; when we swam in the pool, one of the metal rails along the stairs leading into the pool was completely loose / detached at the bottom. Thankfully I was ok, but somebody could get hurt; that is something that Maintenance should REGULARLY be checking! Third, the food for the breakfast buffet was really not that good. We also were disappointed in the lack of a hot tub. Overall, our stay there was just Okay.

For a Hampton by Hilton (and for the price) it was far from what we expected. We have stayed at Hamptons before, and this hotel was the least impressive of them. The room was way overpriced!

The second shift and audit shift staff were incredibly kind and the rooms were super cozy and cold considering it was extremely hot outside.

The breakfast was good. Rooms were a bit on the small size. Pictures when I booked showed a hot tub which did not exist that was disappointing. Otherwise it was an ok stay for one night

I would choose to stay here again lots eating places. Easy accessible to highway.

Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. The big bummer was the air conditioner didn’t work properly. When I got in the room the thermostat was set to 63 but it was 70 in the room. Me thinking “I don’t want it to be 63 in this room” I turned it up a little. Needless to say I sweat the next two nights in the room. The thermostat has error messages on it which I reported to the front desk. One says CALL 4 SRV and the other says COOL ERROR.

It was fine. The staff was nice. My room was dark. It only had very small window.

Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good.

Booked our room late afternoon for same night arrival. Got to the hotel @ 9:30pm. Parking lot not full. Front desk attendant was courteous. Gave us a room on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. @ 4:00am the elevator got active and continued loudly the rest of our stay. Loud even with earplugs in! The beds were arranged where our heads were right by the elevator. Our rooms door gave no privacy as you could see all the way around it lighting up the room with no darkness. Booked thru Expedia.
