Right when you get there at the front desk, there’s a sign that says $250 to clean the room if you smoke it. The room smell like smoke and Fabuloso. Two windows down from us. They were boarded up with plywood as though somebody had broken them. The washing machines were out of order and the ice machine was leaking all over the front steps. Someone kept running up and down the halls all night long and I know there’s nothing they can do about that but it still was weird.

left my AirPods & I can see on location that they are there I called to see if the housekeeper turned them in they said they didn’t so I had to make a police report&it’s been four days & they still haven’t sent deposit back super unprofessional

Tub could have been cleaned better. Toilet seat time to be replaced.

The room had such a strong smell.of pinesol it gave us a headache. They came ans replaced towels our first day but didn't bother making the bed and on our second day they didn't even bother replacing towels.

Room was clean and comfortable. We had to search for staff to check in. The 2 phone numbers on the desk to call for assistance fid not connect to staff at the hotel. Icemaker was non functional and leaking water in the hallway. Breakfast was ok for a continental with hot waffle.

Construction materials everywhere, emergency exits locked, manager was angry and unprofessional. Seemed dangerous for traveling women
