Great hotel across from the beach and well located. The hotel was clean and is a very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent and the breakfast had a lot of choices and was yummy! The AC never seemed to push alot of cold air out, good thing we travel with fans!

The staff were friendly and the location was good. The decor and bathroom were dated and the balcony was tiny. I expected more for £200 a night

Need more improvement… The furniture in the room should be replaced with new one, the capability to bring the suitcase in the lobby . Very small elevator, some of the stuff in the dining room area are not very polite with the guest.

The balcony was private, and had a great view of the ocean; the room was on the small side, but it was big enough for two people; the breakfast was very good, and the lady who was working there, was very friendly. There wasn’t any coffee in the room. We get up early, and enjoy having coffee right after waking up. Even instant coffee is better than nothing.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and the restaurant staff were rude.

Location is perfect. Right across the street from the Lido Poseidon. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and the service is great.

Great location. Wonderful staff There was no hot water in shower. It was lukewarm maybe. There were no outlets in bathroom and only one outlet in the bedroom which was not convenient to any mirror. The bathroom amenities were not replenished daily. The air conditioning would not cool believe 23C. When I made my reservation. I had to make separate reservations because the site did not allow me to make one for all the needed nights. I emailed the hotel and asked not to make me move rooms halfway through. They accommodated this request but I was still charged for a larger room one of the nights even though I did not move to the larger room. The hotel needs updating.

Great location. Wonderful staff Only 1 outlet in entire room and none in bathroom. Lukewarm water only in the shower never hot. Air conditioner would not go below 23C. Property needs updating

Great location! Super breakfast. Could not get the AC to go below 77 Fahrenheit. Major street work the first 3 days. Very early, very loud construction starting at 6am the first 3 days.

Staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating. Location was great - right across from the beach. CLEAN rooms and facilities Breakfast was amazing - lots of choices, clean and welcoming. Delicious! Cant think of anything I didnt like

Lovely staff. Very clean. Right across from the beach. Elevator for those who need it. A short walk from every kind of shop. Generous breakfast. Just an absolutely lovely and welcoming stay! No complaints at all!

Everything! Clean, safe, across the street from the beach. Walking to everything! Wonderful and commentating staff, Came through with our requests, and amazing breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer?❤️
