Lirma Bed and Breakfast in Cefalù is a truly charming place to stay, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. Location is amazing, close to train station, beach and old town. The interior has so much character and charm we loved it. Gaia was an excellent host, taking the time to clearly explain everything and ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. A special highlight was the breakfast prepared by Rosa Maria—absolutely delicious and a perfect start to each day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cefalù.

The location was excellent. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room was big, clean, and comfortable - great A/C. The garden was nice and it was great to have a place to hang out wet items to dry. We also liked the fact that there were beach towels and umbrellas to borrow. The fresh, homemade items at breakfast were much appreciated and the host went out of her way to ensure the buffet was always fully stocked and to identify the items to guests. She also made wonderful coffees to order! Although the shower was small, it was manageable. It lacked, however, a shelf or other place to hold soap and shampoo, etc. which made showering very difficult. The breakfast area was quite small and the buffet was difficult to navigate without feeling like you were in the way or invading the space of the host and other diners. Perhaps relocating the buffet area (or some of the dining tables) into the spacious entryway/foyer would allow guests to feel more able to access the wonderful spread.

Perfect position to go either to the beach or to the historic centre and restaurants. Nice environment, amazing breakfast with handmade jam and cakes! A bit pricey but on par with the Cefalù current rates

We had a fantastic stay at Rate Lirma B&B and would absolutely choose to stay here again without a second thought. What we loved: Authentic Hospitality: It is a wonderful family-owned business, and you can really feel how dedicated and involved the hosts are. They went above and beyond for us, even saving a parking spot when we arrived, which was incredibly helpful. They also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The Breakfast: Absolutely amazing! Most of the options were homemade, and everything was delicious. We honestly wished we could have stayed more days just to try everything they had prepared. Location & Garden: The B&B is very close to the beach, making it super convenient. Plus, they have a lovely garden where you can just sit back and relax. The Room: While the room wasn’t huge, it was exactly what we needed. It was spotless and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Overall, the warmth of the hosts, the incredible food, and the great location made this a memorable stay. We will definitely be back! Let me know if you want to adjust any specific phrasing or the star rating! Wi-Fi limitations: The Wi-Fi wasn't great and had some frustrating restrictions. I couldn't access websites from my home country or a few other sites I needed to visit.

The proprietors were wonderful! Gaia went above & beyond to help us with a few requests and her mother served a delightful breakfast each morning. The accommodation was spotless and location was perfect!

Lovely property very close to beach and old town. The family run facility is very nice and they live on site. They were helpful and welcoming. They Spoke English and were very kind. Loved hearing their history there and ties to the area.

It's a home away from home. Very comfortable, friendly Auntie that prepares breakfast with heart and passion. My room opened up to a garden and it was a pleasure having an oasis in the middle of a hot and bustling touristy area. My sister's room was across the hallway, didn't have a garden access, but she could use the kitchen access anytime, and we spent a lot of time relaxing there! Literally 10 minutes away from the historical area and the beach area was 5 minutes away. The rock is also within walking distance. Stayed 4 nights, and got recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Gaia even helped us call for a taxi both ways.

The owner was so gracious and bought some gluten free bread and muffins for me. The B&B is a wonderful place to stay in Cefalu. It is close to the beach and the town and the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect location one block from the beach and a quiet oasis with a beautiful garden. Nothing to dislike!

Very kind personell and attentive. The breakfast is lovely and the room in which it is served is open, air lit and with a view into the inside garden which is lush and in an extreme contrast to the busy and hectic surrounding of the hotel. It feels like a small quiet oasis right in the centre. Our room was quiet too as it faced the inside garden. There were lovely attentive details in the bath. our room had a little kitchen which we did not use but was fully equipped if required. It felt like a little haven of stillness in the midst of of a very busy city. location is a short walking distance from the beach and city centre, no car required. though parking in Cefalu is difficult!

The property is beautiful and what a great location, so close to the sea and restaurants. The staff is so kind and helpful and breakfast was homemade. Highly recommend, would stay again without hesitation. We had no complaints, everything was lovely.

The place was very nice, well located near the public beach, at the out edge of the most touristed part of the city. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The garden was lovely, but full of mosquitos. Parking was off site (at a pay lot about 250 meters down the road) and cost 15 Euros per day.

Drinking water bottles. Probably a way for people to fill up water from a common place instead of plastic bottles would be preferable.

The owners were wonderful people with suggestions of what to do in town and in the surrounding area. Breakfasts were simple and homemade, quite delicious. The room was comfortable and worked well for us. The location was great for accessing the town and the beach.

From the moment we entered, everyone was more than welcoming. The staff is outstanding, the location could not be better, and breakfast was wonderful. The staff even went with my husband to help him find parking! The room was very comfortable. They even offered a print out of recommendations for restaurants that were spot on!! We would highly recommend this B&B!! Can't think of anything!
