This was my second stay in the past three years and a little has changed. The room, property all was as expected, I enjoyed the stay, close to mall, shopping and places to eat, one small problem, my key card to room and access to the hotel, didn’t work properly. I had to swap at least ten times or more to get in. My room was on the back side, first floor, so I parked on the side, which meant I had to walk or drive around to front entrance in order to get in. I finally, on day two, when my card would not let me into the laundry room, go to front desk to complain, still took two or three tries to open.

The hotel was renovated at some point and in decent condition. The price was right for what we got, good for a one night stay. I was impressed with the sound proofing from the highway, not as impressed with the sound proofing from upstairs. Breakfast food was just OK, liked the freshly ground coffee.

The biggest problem was the numerous amount of semi trucks on the road in. There is a Pilot that was extremely congested with trucks going in. The front desk employee gave us the suggestion of driving through the fast food parking lots on the right. It helped, otherwise you have a long wait behind the stopped trucks.

Clean room, arrived after 1:00 am and we were provided a room by an elevator and breakfast area ( even though in the notes we requested top floor when we paid for the room online). We were somewhat disappointed at first because we thought we won’t have a good sleep due to breakfast and an elevator noise. However, the room was surprisingly quiet and we couldn’t hear any noise from the outside. We enjoyed our stay, the night staff was also nice and provided us everything we requested. Great experience.

A little shabby area is in a giant truck stop. The semis blocked access to the facility. Pool and HT not working.
