The staff was friendly and helpful, The room and bed were comfortable. It was nice to have good wifi and HBO. The gym was snug but I was able to get a work out in. I wish they had a hot breakfast.

Arrived, slept, left. It was good for a quick sleep. Quiet, dark and were I needing to go back to this area, I would stay here again. Kitchenette was good sized and useful. Nice place.

I enjoy staying there because they have the airport shuttle and I can leave my car for a fee while I travel. The staff is always friendly and the hotel is clean.

The staff is amazing

Full sized fridge and kitchen, spacious. Super comfortable mattress.

We did not really have an opportunity to interact with staff too much. check in was fine, very polite and helpful. But the room was super nice and BIG. That was a surprise. It had a kitchen, desk, comfortable chairs at the spacious desk and also a very comfortable easy chair as well. We were joking about just moving in.

The staff was outstanding; we paid for the Park and Fly package. ($40 for 14 nights with a stay) The day staff was great at explaining the package when I called to inquire. The man that was there when we checked in made sure we got signed up for the shuttle and the whole check-in process was very quick and easy. The shuttle driver (I think the night manager?) was very prompt taking us to and picking us up from the airport, even when we were delayed over a day. We liked the layout of the room and the full kitchenette. The BED! It was so hard and uncomfortable I felt like I was laying on plywood. To be fair we have a sleep number bed and can adjust it to our liking. We didn't use GPS to find the hotel because it was "right across from the airport" I figured it wouldn't be that difficult to find. We saw it easy enough but had a little bit of trouble finding the entrance. We left too early to take advantage of the free breakfast. Since they are an "airport" hotel, maybe they could have something available to those who leave super early. Granola bar, fruit? EDIT: Maybe they don't have a free breakfast after all. My suggestion stands.

Nice clean room and comfortable bed. No breakfast was provided.

My expectations were pretty low, especially when I realized that breakfast was unavailable. But I altered my opinion when we discovered that the room had a small, but efficient kitchen. With a stop at the market, we were able to have dinner and breakfast in our room. Everything we needed was provided: dishes, fridge, sink for washing dishes, microwave, and cleaning products. This saved us time and got us back on the road sooner the next morning! Kind of outdated and a weird lobby.

Good for quick 1 night rest. Pretty clean. Did feel slightly outdated. But overall good for a simple stay. We were driving to California, so little far off I5, but right across from the airport for those flying out of that area. Felt slightly out dated - well used in some areas (hallway, elevators) - room itself was clean. Unfortunately, our room was right off the elevator, and we could hear people moving around above us late into the night.
