Comfort Inn Medford North

This hotel has a good rating on hotels.com which does not match the actual hotel. It is dated and dirty. The door lock on the first room I was in was broken, the second room smelled, the carpet was filthy, the tub was stained. On top of all this they charged me $350 for one night stay. Based on that price and the hotels.com rating I assumed it was going to be a very nice hotel. Just a warning that it is not!

Not the same level of condition as other Comfort Inns. Room was half the size as last Comfort Inn.

There was no one around in the morning at the desk when we checked out. One employee walked right on by and ignored us and no one answered the bell. We ended up leaving the keys on the desk

I should have cancelled when I walked in but Expedia wouldn’t allow it. There was a party going on in the breakfast area. The room wasn’t bad overall but the door would not latch unless you slammed it shut SAFETY ISSUE)! Fire alarm went off around midnight. This morning the young man putting out breakfast was putting eggs on the tray with his bare hands! There was NO coffee, when I asked about coffee the young man just shook his head NO without a responding verbally! Absolutely horrible!

We didn't have a good experience here. Before we entered the hotel we had registered 3 rooms but when arivws we were told we only had 2 rooms. And when we went to our rooms it looked like someone smoked there .Also we had a baby with us so we asked for an crib and when we got one it was really dirty so we didnt use it.

Very clean

That pool open till midnight for adults. The welcoming of my service dog. Friendliness, over all the stay was like home. Check out should always be at noon. Like hotels use to be.

The breakfast was okay the lady in the front desk warned us every 5 minutes for 20 minutes that we had to get out she needs more training very sad more training for your help Sandra was terrible We did not like the lady that works the front desk Sandra she is a very rude person you need more training for her for customer service

Then proceeded to (literally) throw things around, purposely causing loud noises. Some fellows, apparently persons she knew, (for I asked one of them if he worked there and his answer was “no”). They were moving all chairs against the walls. Then she proceeded, opening the window in an abrupt manner and started running the vacuum cleaner, hitting it forcefully against the walls and tables. A very rude person, totally unprofessional, very disrespectful towards the guests. She forgets or doesn’t know and need to be told, that the guest is her “boss”. Without guests, she has no job!!! Without guests, the hotel can’t stay in business!!

That was convenient to stay during long driving.

Cobwebs in and around room. Window broke showed water pressure pool foul

The hotel was a little run down.

Great Staff Clean Rooms Not Great Breakfast Selection was lacking compared to other similar Hotels offering breakfast
