Ramada by Wyndham Medford Airport North

Wasn’t as nice looking as the pictures and the room had a smell we couldn’t identify. Like an industrial cleaner.

Air conditioning didn’t work in the room(217). The on/off button was messed up!

Amenities all worked good, friendly staff

Location was great. Hotel was clean and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

To start off, reached there around midnight, front office smelled like someone just had smoked weed. Room was horrible, toilet seat broken, barely any water came from shower. Room smell was ridiculous. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just one of those places that you could shower and still not feel clean. Look elsewhere for accommodation. We paid $100 for a place that felt hourly.

The breakfast area is incredibly small but the breakfast is good - eggs and sausage, toast, mini muffins, cereal, yogurt. Juice and water are available all day from the machine which is nice. Nice location close to the highway and close to the airport and right across the street from a grocery store and gas station.

The hotel is older, but its cleanliness is satisfactory. The person who checked me in—whose name I can't recall—was very friendly. I will recommend this hotel.

The layout of the rooms made it challenging to get the luggage cart through the door, into the room. The elevator was barely large enough to fit the luggage cart on. The young man checking us in for the evening didn’t present the kind of image we have come to associate with Wyndham Hotels. Facial Tattoos, piercings in his nose and eyebrows … just doesn’t carry a professional appearance representing the hotel well. I’m not prejudiced, but the less professional appearance was off putting. This is not a Wyndham we will return to.

Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Had a 5am flight next morning. Shuttle was waiting at 3:30am. As requested .Very friendly staff. Will stay again and recommend to others. Price was also on the lower end compared to other hotels in area.

Beds are comfortable. Location is great. I wish they had area rugs or something in the rooms. Parking is tight.

The room was OK. I would give 2 1/2 out of five star rating. No fitted sheet on the mattress and the mattress pad was very uncomfortable on the bed. Mattress was brown underneath. It didn’t look like the room had been properly cleaned before we got there. There was a blueberry on the floor, and there were hairs on the floor as well. good shower pressure but the only good setting on the showerhead was the jet. Shower spray wasn’t up to standards. I did enjoy that the AC unit worked very well. Vanity mirror and sink were cool. I wish there were curtains instead of the wooden blinds.

The staff was so helpful! The room was small but so cozy. It was the perfect place to stay while waiting to fly out for a family emergency. The staff was understanding and made accommodations for us.

Staff was five stars, super awesome amazing sweet kind excellent. Overall cleanliness left A LOT to be desired - Linens were clean but the floor and other surfaces were sticky and had lots of debris everywhere, and the shower had someone’s hair ALL over the walls and in the drain.
