Air conditioning was making so much noise could not sleep. Shower was worst, overall it was worst experience

This was a great option for our family for a one night rest on our road trip. We stayed in Room 200 which seems to be recently renovated. It was a nice room and met our needs. We were a bit concerned about noise level knowing that the hotel is located right on I5 but we had a great sleep and noise was no issue at all. In terms of cleanliness, the room wasn’t well vacuumed so we could see some hairs here and there that weren’t ours and some food crumbs. But all in all, it was fine stay and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

The room was quiet, clean, and the staff was nice. When we first stepped in the room we noticed the floor was shaking a little.. maybe because of the freeway nearby. We did not try the breakfast.

Old hotel. Furniture is new so pictures look good but everything else is old. We booked it because it has an EV charger but we were told it hasn’t been working for a long time. Only positive was the staff

Disappointing

Great stay, will remember for future stays in Medford. Looked like hotel had a lot redone sometime relatively recently. Some odd fits in places, but nothing inconvenient. Really was a great stay.

Everything was available and staff was helpful.

Nice room. Great staff. The night staff person was especially thoughtful. Enjoyed the breakfast. Excellent value.

Decent budget hotel for quick drive through stay in Medford. King size room was quite small but the bed was comfortable and everything you need for a night is provided. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast a bit lackluster, but coffee was good.

We had a room close to the street and it was very loud.

The stay a Ramada was wonderful like is always is.

With an anointing room next door rented by someone else I could hear every time they opened their door. Loud and right off the 5. One of my least desired locations.. had I know it was the former hollow I wouldn’t have booked there
