Rogue Regency Inn Medford Airport

The free breakfast is just okay, at least the eggs were warm. There was no TV service, when I called down they pretended not to know anything, but at breakfast next day everyone was complaining about it. Of course they wouldn’t reduce the rate! Not staying there anymore.

We had a large pickup truck and found enough room to park it as well. We will definitely return!

The pool was awesome & the best hot tub at any hotel I have ever stayed.. very satisfied..

Place has a smell to it

It was a nice place to stay, i stayed 3 nights and used the shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately my room was cleaned the whole time I was there, I noticed the cleaning staff knocking on doors at 9am in the morning and still be in the halls and rooms at 5pm in the evening, i have never seen that practice before but during that time they never came to freshen my room Unfortunately. The staff was nice and the shuttle service was easy and convenient. Would i stay again...... maybe.... but would look at other options first.

Very quiet. The pool is awesome! The ice machines are tricky to find, but we finally asked at the front desk and the lady was very helpful. Some of the screens need replaced, which would make the hotel look a little more cared for. Also, our shampoo and conditioner bottles were not full. It was obvious that they had been used by a prior guest.

A/C unit needed repair on the fan.

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Great location. The bathroom fans are a bit noisy. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were fine, but there's a strong smoke smell everywhere and breakfast was disappointing.

Arrived just before 9:00pm. Big line waiting to check in. Everyone was being told that rooms weren’t ready. After I paid, was told that it would be quite a while before my room would be ready. Was initially told I couldn’t cancel and get a refund. At 11:00pm I was finally able to cancel with refund and go somewhere else. I still haven’t received my refund yet.

Great and easy location for traveling to Medford and with dogs.

We stayed overnight with our midnight airport arrival from Alaska. So grateful the staff was able to keep our fish haul frozen in their freezer for us. They were super helpful and we were grateful to make sure our 40 pounds of halibut stayed frozen. Room was great and very quiet. Shuttle was a breeze to get from the airport. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient- scrambled eggs, sausage patties, hashbrowns, yogurt and cereal. Nice accommodations for the price.

The hot breakfast was very tasty and convenient. The facilities are complete and has everything you can need with an excellent floor plan for the suite and pet friendly room.

Room was clean, parking was easy, and breakfast was good

The hotel is past due for an update. The beds are lumpy at best. The check in process is slow and not efficient. The staff at the hotel were rude when asked questions. The staff at Chadwick were great, mistakes were made but corrected quickly.

The breakfast area was not set up very well.. everyone had to crowd their way in. Everyone was bumping into each other. Additionally, the air conditioning was turned down too low. We froze while eating our breakfast.

I have to ask several days to clean my room. There’s no laundry service. But that’s maybe standard in the USA

The property and the room were clean and the food was good. But there was no comforter on the top of the beds so it looks like there are just two sheets. The beds look unfinished with missing linen. They do supply a blanket in-between two sheets but it is thin. The hot tub water looked a bit green.
