It was good to stay in there

The facility and the room were clean! The front desk staff was friendly and informative. He was also very fast and efficient. Unfortunately, we didn't spend time in the pool or the hot tub but we did take a look at both of them and they appeared to be very well maintained. The pool, sauna, and hot tub hours were great! Not too early and not too late!

Property was fine but did have an old property smell to it. Point to note is that Property does not have an elevator.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I couldn't find my room, there was no help from the staff. The ice machine was broken and the vending machine did not work either. The shuttle worked great. Might stay again.

Good place to spend the night

It's right on I-5, but it's kind of odd to get to, and back on the freeway, so thank God for navigation. When it's busy, you may have a hard time parking near the doors to your area. Other than Elmer's, next door (which is great!), or Fred Meyer, around the corner, there is nothing close. No convenience stores, food, or much of anything else. The place is secure and pretty quiet, with indoor room access only. Rooms have all the amenities and free wifi. It's a bit pricey for the area, but not outrageous.

It was a great location and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and everyone was really kind!

Clean room. Staff at check in not personable. Carpets on stairs not replaced to match new carpet and baseboard trims missing. Looks like a project that was stopped a while ago. Shower head was in a place that was not good unless one was a short person. Breakfast was basic and meh.

NO ELEVATOR and not good for people who have big bags, are injured, or in a wheelchair for sure. Hot tub jets didn’t work but sauna did. Decent value for the price, breakfast was solid, and great for getting to the airport.

Staff was very friendly. Put us into a bottom floor room. Good parking. Only bad side, was there was a baseball team staying, as well. They were above us, and very rambunctious!! Overall, the property is nice. The room was very clean and spacious. Very convenient to shopping.

I would say that the Hotel itself was OK. The check in staff were very nice, but the hotel is a bit older and not in the best area. There were a few homeless folks camping under that bushes nearby. However, the parking lot seemed safe and we didn't experience any problems while we were there.

Decor in our room was dated, but was clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely adequate to get your day going. Term fitness center is a stretch, but was able to get a little bit of a workout in. Value is worthwhile, is close to everything. Would stay there again.

Everything is good.

The staff was very professional and location was convenient. There are several places nearby to eat. Elmer’s Diner shares parking lot so no need to drive. Pho, Tacos, DairyQueen and Burgers.
