Quality Inn & Suites Medford Airport

The room had a smell to it, maybe from pets.

The place was really clean except

Room was clean, but stairs were stained and not good. Breakfast was good and being kept clean. Front desk check in was easy, but not personable , morning girl was very nice.

I was on the phone with Expedia for 2 hours trying to get a refund. They kept leaving my on hold and then hanging up on me. They said they were trying to get ahold of the front desk, my husband went in to see if she talked to them after waiting 30 mins on hold. She said she got off the phone with them and they never called?! Expedia said they didnt pick up (front desk). Very irritated with the hotel and Expedia. Won't be doing it EVER agian!

Employees were nice however property was not clean and it was very noisy at night. Room was clean, but hallways were dirty and carpets were tattered. Someone started a gas powered leaf blower at 2 a.m. It was at the property behind the main building. Mixed feelings about the place but probably would not stay again due to cleanliness and noise.

Unfortunately, the surrounding area was a major concern. There were many homeless individuals nearby, with frequent loud arguments and disturbances, including people who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Because of the environment and noise, I would not recommend this location for families.

Clean room and Parking was so good and well maintained. I will always prefer to stay in Quality Inn wherever possible. Thank you

They had a lot of amenities that were very nice - a spa, pool, fitness room, laundry room for guests. The room was good size and lots of variety for breakfast. The only issue was the area for breakfast and the fitness room. I felt they were really small for the size of the hotel.

We enjoyed the outside pool. The sauna and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was decent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The laundry facility was nice which we needed to use but $7 a load is a little pricey.
