It's a nice walk into town. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. The room was clean. It was fine for one night, and Cesky-Krumlov is definitely worth seeing! By the time we arrived, there was no parking available on site. It is not easy to find parking nearby. Also, we had the impression that there was river access from the property, but there is none. It's also not exactly "park"-like. Maybe I didn't read the description carefully enough?

The hotel is not far from town and have car park for guest. The room and bathroom are quite big. The staff is helpful and breakfast is fantastic. Our apartment is on first floor then we can hear noise from road. The apartment has no air condition but the whether cooler at night time then it is OK

Basic place for one night stay. Walking distance to center. Very nice town. Basic breakfast. Places for car parking are limited and you can not reservate one. We were lucky to get one.

Friendly host, very good location, close to the city center. Good breakfast. The room felt spacious, even though it was quite small in size. Electric kettle and instant coffee and tea in the room.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good. There were limited parking lots in front of the building and the receptionist was not helpful finding one around the hotel. They should be informing the guest should about this issue

Location is outside the old town but if you like walking you'll like the place. Parking is in front of your room door. A half an hour stroll through a wonderful park along the river Vltava and you are in the old town which is a must to see. The room has a small kitchen with an induction plate, microwave and fridge and a supermarket just a few steps away so what else would you need. Breakfast room is absolutely too small. But of course you can eat outside or take your plate in your room..
