Hotel Villa Beatika

If I were rating it as a five-star hotel, this would be my score. That said, it’s a neat, clean, and cozy place overall.

Great presentation, always fresh. Staff engaging and extremely friendly and helpful! AC was good but hard to work the remote. Shower floor was a bit slippery. There isn't much else to be better

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Good bed with 2 comforters. Friendly staff. Generous breakfast buffet plus included hot dishes made to order. A little far and uphill walks from the town center. Sometimes there was no one at the front desk to help. Not easy to contact someone.

Location was amazing stuff was great. We had issue with our air condition was not working.

This place was amazing! I went back and forth on wanting to stay right in town or a bit outside, and I ultimately settled on this place. I stayed in the John Lennon room, and it was AWESOME. Exceeded all of my expectations. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the staff ware incredibly kind and helpful, and the view from the balcony was unreal. I felt like I was in a real life Disney movie with that view! I unfortunately did not have time to have breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning, but when I went downstairs to check out, it all looked and smelled delicious. I highly recommend this lovely hotel that is run by equally lovely people.

The Villa was clean, nicely decorated and all details were well thought out. Breakfast was very good The location was good but it is a bit of an uphill coming back from the old town. Maybe a negative for older seniors?

its about a 10 minute walk to downtown. the return walk is relatively steep, so be aware that its a challenge if you are not particularly mobile.

That I paid taxes through booking and it turns out I paid twice as much. We paid 16 while we should have paid 8

Sound insulation is poor

The room, the breakfast. It was very well maintained, even the towels and the smell of the sheets etc was exceptional. I didn’t like that they give us two single blankets and not one big one for couple

Breakfast is excellent with many varieties with one free ala-carte selection and buffet spread. The breakfast area is very nice and cosy . Good shampoo , conditioner and lotion were provided . A driving direction guide to the properties will be good .

We took the family room with balcony, the room was clean and equipped, as expected. Nice breakfast, lovely receptionist, parking included and on premises, hotel is very close to attractions. There is no one at reception after 18/19 but perhaps this is the standard at small boutique hotels. No elevator so if you are at the third floor you must carry your own luggage. Room was not spacious for a family with 2 kids, but ok for one night.

Wonderful 2 bedroom unit, so very spacious. Easy free private parking. High quality breakfast in the morning with buffet and an a la carte menu. Just a few minute walk to city center.

Breakfast was exceptional and room was very quite. The location is a short walk from the old town. And for travelers in cars this a good value.
