The room/patio was spectacular, relaxing and amazing views/sunsets. The room itself was fine but it was the patio/view that was very special. There was construction going on which was very disruptive. There was a corkage fee which was extremely high and a "cocktail" ordered was really bad.

Great hotel friendly staff wonderful spa good breakfast spacious rooms clean and comfortable

Liked getting off train and walking across street to hotel. Restaurant for dinner was excellent. Easy 15 min walk to old town and Saone River.

The attached bistro served good meals and breakfast Room was small with limited facilities

Electric plug for the car did not work but we found another one nearby.

We'd stayed here before as they have a secure car park which is easy to access. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

All good, bathroom and bedroom were just right. No parking

Great location in city centre with private parking available. Staff friendly and helpful. Use of spa facilities included for guests which was very welcome after a long drive. Brasserie on site served excellent dinner and breakfast . Restaurant staff charming. Broadband speeds excellent Our room was a little small but the staff had made a special effort to accommodate my husband who has mobility issues. Perhaps that was the only room with a step free walk in shower?

Great place to stay on the road mountain -Paris! Very comfortable and large room, excellent bathroom, with bath tube and shower!! A great smell everywhere in the building, very pleasant. The staff is absolutely disappointing. Instead of "How are you, hope you had a good travel", explanation about the hotel, the room, etc. Knowing we're coming with 2 kids in a family room. Well, the lady at the reception simply asked me to pay the city tax ?. No welcome at all. Knowing that the room was already paid, just the city tax needed to be paid in the hotel and not on Booking. 3,20 euros. ? Then in the Spa, the person waited for us to ask if we can have towels. (The hotel website talks about bathrobes in the room for the Spa usage, there are none). Then again we had to ask where to put our clothes, so she shows us the place. While we were there, she was trying to wipe water from the floor by dragging a towel with her foot ... Last, trying to go for dinner in the hotel restaurant, my husband announced the size of the party to the lady at the front door, reaction: "what for?". I don't know, 8pm at a restaurant, to play tennis?! ?? Turned out, we had absolutely to book, it was full. Still, there are manners to exchange with hotel guests... If this hotel replace the staff by a professional and well trained one, it will be an amazing place! Currently you need to ignore the staff at best in order to keep a good mood.

Great location to break the journey travelling from South to North France. The hotel is very close to the train station but not far at all from the A6 motorway. The hotel parking was on the premises, at he back of the hotel, but we paid a little extra to use it (€8). People at the reception were very kind and they gave us an excellent suggestion for dinner as the hotel restaurant was fully booked. I stayed with my family in two rooms next to each other, they were spacious and tastefully renovated. Breakfast was terrific well worth for €14 (kids eat free).
