The smell of cigarettes first welcomed at the entrance into the main hall. Cigarette butt scarted in the entrance. We could hear every crack and creack from outside and in the building. The beds were less comfortable than a coconut shy ?

Cleanliness Location No WC in the bedroom! It is communal in the hallway. Hardly any phonic insulation. One can hear anything happening in the communal parts and rooms around.

I hadn't realised that the WC was shared although the shower and basin were en suite.

It was quiet and clean and the staff were pleasant and friendly. It's a little far from the station to walk with heavy bags.

Good location and very close to a parking, there are restaurant nearby, the reception is nice and speak good English. There is no elevator but it is not hard to carry luggage to second floor. The room is quite in the night. The room does not have AC, I was not able to sleep in that night; There are not much power plug, not convenient to charge the phone; The bathroom is not divided into wet and dry areas.

Nothing Not clean, reception not available during reception time , not helpful.

Rooms must be renoveted, to come with child with alergy on mold... and see that in the bathroom... not ok ??

Its location Old - dark room and toilet door didn’t shut

Room was clean, spacious, accessible. Facilities were good considering it was a budget hotel. Location was great, 5 min walk to town Cigarette smell in foyer.

There is a public parking close to the hotel. Hotel in located on the quiet street. The cleaning lady from Spain was very friendly and helpful while I was waiting for the reception to open. The rooms are not very fresh during summer but they had a little fan there so it helped. There was no light in the bathroom ( I was looking everywhere for the switch but seems it was supposed to be like this ), there was no toilet paper and no soap so I had to go and ask. Also it’s not easy to reach the staff by phone when there is no one at the reception.

As always the location and the friendly manager To bad this time (as we have been here before) the room (bathroom was not clean we found hear and the shower was like a pond if you stayed in to long) afraid that the water would go over the shower tray. This time in the room we had a small fan did not help much in a small already overhead room. Laat time we had a big fancy one.

Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Very helpful. We arrived in the rain and we we’re welcomed with our bikes Unfortunately the drain in the shower was very smelly in our room. Perhaps a plumbing problem??

Excellent location, close to Eurovelo 6 cycle path. Secure cycle storage in locked front hall. Large rooms and plenty of space. This is more hostel than hotel...a cheap overnight with few hotel amenities. It is a value but with compromises...little soap in bath; tiny baths located in closets; some kitchen facilities but no utensils or cooking apparatus. The overall appearance is old, worn and under-maintained.
