Location in the city center I have never experienced such an inconvenience in a hotel as here. I booked this hotel because it is in a good location in the city center. However, the hotel definitely needs a renovation and a choice of food for breakfast. I am vegan and I had nothing to eat. I arrived with a friend and immediately upon arrival paid for accommodation for 2 nights. On the third day when leaving, there was another man at the reception and asked us if we had paid for the room. I said we had paid for the first day. He said he could not find our payment. A taxi was waiting for us outside to take us to Dharamshala. He got to the taxi and told the driver to give him his number if he could not find our payment. He called him several times on the phone during the ride. The man was very rude to us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The other employees were also very strange.

The breakfast is simple, but very delicious, quality and non spicy. The kitchen is generally good and the staff were very helpful and attentive to guests. It has a cute elevator too. The hotel staff were polite and nice. Hotel location is central near some glamouros shops. The hotel is run by government and needs serious renovation. There was no fan in bathroom and after shower I could smell strong musty odor from there. They don't have nets on windows, so as soon as you open the window mosquitos will fly into the room. The AC is a not a regular one, but one of the old ones placed inside the window which create some bad air when used, probably because their filter is bad. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to foreigners. This hotel did not meet the basic standards that globally is required for a 3 star hotel. Also the google map location for the hotel was wrong and that confused us for half an hour. I told them to fix it but I don't know if they'd do it.

The situation of this hotel in Sector 17 is excellent for shopping. Also close to any tourist attractions in the city. The staff r very helpful and considerate. My hotel of choice in this city, I just like the location and staff. Nothing bad to say

Location was perfect for our needs and the hotel look and feel is exceptional for the price. Staff were quiet but helpful, and the breakfasts were fine. Some directions for taxi arrival would be helpful - the entrance is bit difficult to find from the street. We enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar, and the quite loud music didn’t worry us in our room on the 3rd floor, but anyone hoping to sleep before 10pm might find it challenging.

Warm & Helpful Staff

Location is closer to Sector-17 market. Old hotel with poor upkeep. We were allocated room which had pesticides sprayed that same morning. The smell was unbearable. Had to request change of room. Breakfast was not as Super as shown in listing. Definitely not worth the money.

Delicious breakfast lots of choices was perfect and was so inexpensive, great friendly staff, beautiful architecture and interior design, very nice rooftop bar Bed sheets and bathroom could be a little cleaner

The room was big and looked nice. The breakfast was very good, many options available, freshly cooked eggs and more. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, many highlights are within walking distance. Since the room interior is already a bit old, not everything is working perfectly. We had to fight with the toilet flush.

Stayed here a few times and the location is the best and all the staff so helpful The food r very large portions for one person and a bit over priced

Only thing I liked was the rooftop restaurant. Toilet Seats were broken, sheets weren’t clean enough, towels were dirty, the staff was unprofessional except few, and the breakfast was poor in taste and quality, I found a thin thread of rope in my omelette, over all the whole building needs restoration, and the staff needs to be polite.
