Location. No hot water, fan at one speed only (max). Staff were ok.

There were a lot of cockroaches and insects in the room and after calling 2-3 time nobody took any action

Located conveniently but hidden away, can be tricky to locate using map. There were special requirements for checking in I.e. Passport and visa copies, remember to have them with you if you are overseas travelled.

The room was neat and clean.The staff was helpful .Their hospitality we love .Thanks to all of them we have a good time .

The hotel, although being part of a market had a gloomy ambience all over with dark corners and areas. Had expected some complimentary services in the rooms e.g. electric kettle for tea making along with tea satches and other materials, but unfortunately not made available. Had expected some discounts / complimentary charges for breakfast, but it was not available.

Nothing was good I'm my room, first day bed linen not changed, housekeeping came late at 3 pm, one day no kitchen services , toilet seat and mirror broken .

Reception staff is very rude he talking like his doing charity to giving me room very unprofessional i am asking him something and his laughing and watching movies in his phone during guest check in time very poor . I will never come and never suggest anyone this property
