Room looked nothing like photos. Room was filthy and bedsheets were dirty. Had to ask to change pillow covers because they were stained with food. Just felt uneasy in room as a lone female. Checked out on time but I had to sit in reception to wait for my cab then the guy at the desk told me to go as my check out time was 11am. Very rude and he didn’t even help me with bags. Would not recommend. Loud banging at night too. Lack of cleanliness

The hotel is near Chandigarh's main attractions. The staff does not speak much english and they are not helpful at all. The room was freezing and they only got for us a broken heater to spend the night. Internet does not work well at the property. The bathroom had a terrible smell and water was mostly cold.

The size of the room was very small and the pillow cover and blanket were very dirty.

My room number was 306. The staff was not cooperative. The bedroom door and balcony door were not functioning properly. The food quality was very poor. The towel stand in the toilet was broken, and the shower was not working due to a broken knob on the mixer tap. Additionally, a hot water kettle was not available in the room. The television was also not working due to a technical issue with the wiring.

The hotel is located in prime location. It’s easier to travel via rickshaws and there are numerous restaurants for good food in close proximity. Rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner and if amenities could be improved. It would have been worthy of a good 5 star rating.
