Location was very good 1. Despite showing Booking.com confirmed booking, they had lost my booking and effectively rebooked me on reaching the hotel 2. my other friends and I, all of us had made independent reservations through Booking.com got malware mails which seemed to have got our data from this booking and attempted to fraud us. I have never faced this with other Booking.com bookings 3. The washrooms were old and run down and the linen was well past its life

Very good location, just next to some great coffee shops (Back to Source), restaurants and shops. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall the room was comfortable and in reasonably good order. The hot water would only work after keeping the shower running for 5-10 minutes so felt like you were wasting a lot of water. Some parts of the room needed more of a clean. Some noise at night.

Centrally located, near shops. Very nice rooftop restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Walls are rather thinn. You can hear people talking and snoring in the adjacent room.

It is well located just near the wonderful municipal rose garden and main shopping district of Chandigargh. The entire property was clean and well maintained; the staff helpful and friendly, as was the management. The hotel is just a few doors down from a great restaurant, Back to Source. There were parties and meetings there every night but the rooms were completely quiet and we slept very well. They have smoking as well as non-smoking rooms so it’s good to request whichever you prefer. The breakfast buffet did not have a lot of variety and almost all the food was highly spiced.

It was a good hotel in the City Centre, which is what I wanted. One reason for booking was the rooftop bar and restaurant which lived up to expectations. Nothing really.

Great location, clean room, helpful staff. Easy excess to market area as well as to the bus station, rose garden is also in a 10 minutes walking distance. Overall it's good. You can hear people's voices from the other room, at night you can hear the music ?
