The room wasn’t clean to my standards. Hair strands, dust and finger prints on surfaces. The floor felt like it was mopped with dirty water.

The woman who checked us in was very rude & annoyed by the questions. No breakfast

The cleaning staff ... Really only one person not sure her name. But she is very rude and bossy to customers assuming things without knowing sich. Bad manners,Needs to find out facts or stay in her lane. I was very upset and felt very attacked and scolded. Also a package was stolen from my door. I havent had anything eles even being touched. I have an idea who it was because i beilve that they tried it agan but they faild.!!! Other then the one cleaning lady. The staff and place is so fabulously awsome and welcoming!! The staff is great..and look forward to staying again

Was charged fifty dollars extra to check in an hour 1/2 early! The room was ready but they still charged! In this hot weather I felt I had no choice. Front desk staff was not friendly at all and looked annoyed that I questioned the fifty dollars. We always check in early at other/better hotels and have never had to pay or had any problems if the room was ready. I ended up checking out after a couple hours because the room had a funky smell, the toilet was not flushing and there was hair in the shower and bed. No discount or refund was offered.

The property was close to our destination and we were greatful. I was disappointed that I had to continually repeat myself for basic needs. The parking was available and the staff was kind. Overall, I am thankful that my wife had a place to rest.

The place exceeded my expectations. I travel a lot, and this was a comfortable stay. Clean. New. Working AC in the Arizona heat! Nice bathroom. The only downside, noise from the upstairs neighbors. But I called the Frontdesk, and they took care of it. I’d definitely come back. This stay offers great value for money, even compared to hotels. The only downside, noise from the upstairs neighbors. Staff was friendly and welcoming, room was clean and efficient, location was excellent. The only thing that would have made it perfect would be a Continental breakfast.
