A little bit strange but okay

The only thing that really could be improved on is the pool/jacuzzi area. Maybe plant some bigger trees instead of it bordering a big dirt lot. Maybe have some improvements to the pool, waterfall ? Maybe can add on a swim up bar or a lazy river? It's just so basic right now. The bar/ lounge that is inside the hotel stays open till midnite with last call at 11:45 pm every nite. Definently worth the money to stay here.

Staff is always so kind, helpful! Love having breakfast and a bar available.

The overall esthetics were wonderful with the exception of the party taking place at the pool which limited us a well as other guests from enjoying the pool after the hot weather. I would stay again despite the crowded pool area.

is in a safe area and has all the amenities you need when traveling.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable enough and there were plenty of pillows. Being from the Northeast, I would've enjoyed the option of being able to lower the AC below the preset thermometer temp of 67 degrees. Unfortunately, my blood has not thinned and acclimated to the AZ climate yet in July. My King room had a walk-in shower that included soap and shampoo. The water pressure was a bit low, and I would've loved a handheld option for quicker rinsing. The breakfast had a lot of options, but after staying there for 8 days, I was surprised they never changed anything. It was literally the same exact breakfast every single day. Muffins, breads and bagels for toasting. Waffle makers, Cereal. Scrambled eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, biscuits and gravy. I would've loved to see some bacon or a different potato / egg option. The pool was not crowded early in the day. There was plenty of seating and towels. A little dirty after a dust storm, but still nice. All in all, I was pretty satisfied with my stay here.

It was hard to extend our stay, we had an unexpected delay and we had to book one extra night, we couldn’t keep our room and had to change to another one, at first thought it was because I use a third party site to book but after doing the switch and getting a new room and needed a second night I was told my room wasn’t available anymore, I ask about extending my stay several hours before check out, so that was an inconvenience and ended up not booking the extra night. Also the first time i needed to extend my stay I couldn’t be helped at the front desk, I had to call and do everything over the phone

This hotel was great. The only downfall was it was quite packed which we didn’t like. We drove from Cali and got there at 9:30pm our kids really wanted to swim and the pool closed at 10pm so that was a bit of a disappointment. The free breakfast was wonderful but with there being so many people the lines were long. Not sure if it’s always that busy or if maybe it was just that weekend but if it’s always that busy I probably wouldn’t stay again but if it was just that weekend then I would stay again. Overall a great hotel, staff was very friendly, good for families!

This hotel was ok for a quick sleep before heading on the road but not nice overall. My fridge was broken, the food was awful at the restaurant/bar, the front desk staff were rude and dismissive (except one nice girl who worked past her shift to find me a working mini fridge to keep my medicine cool). I would never recommend this hotel for a multiple day stay.

Pool and hot tub outdoors were both clean and appropriate temperatures. Pool towels clean and available. Supper option free and tasty. Breakast option not open due to our early flight. Coffee was available and was hot and fresh. Room was clean with good refrigerator.

The cleanliness was outstanding everything was spotless and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I will definitely stay here every time I travel to Chandler, and I'll also look for this hotel brand whenever I travel to other cities. Highly recommended!
