Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler-Fashion Center AZ

The bed was not super comfortable but it works. The noises the AC made in the room were pretty loud and made it hard to sleep with the kicking on and off so if you’re a light sleeper earbuds or noise plugs are a must. Good price, quick and easy stay, just not the most comfortable.

Will stay here again! :)

The room was great. Only thing bad was the pool was warm, but that's to be expected as it was 115° the day we were there. The ac in the room worked great though. It was a nice hotel.

Staff were wonderful, breakfast was fantastic, no complaints about immenities…. Check in was frustrating because my 1st 2 rooms were not cleaned. Third try they upgraded me to a suite and checked room before I entered. Hope they correct this problem.

Great place to stay! Clean and beautiful hotel, room was spacious and nice. Staff were all very helpful and kind with smiles. Breakfast was great with an amazing variety for anything you would want. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

One of our go to places to stay when my son's travel team is in the Phoenix area. Great location and access to surrounding stores and places to eat. Breakfast is usually on the plus side but this last time was a bit slow on the service and the juice machines were down. Still a great place to stay though.

Pool amneties

My partner and I stayed here for a long-weekend. The property was in a convenient location, which allowed us to travel (with a rental vehicle) everywhere that we wanted to. It’s rather close to the airport, which made it easy on us. The room was clean and comfortable. The only odd thing was the placement of the TV in our room- it was on the left wall rather than in front of the bed. So, we couldn’t enjoy any television from the bed. This wasn’t really a big issue for us, but I understand some people would find that frustrating. Lastly, the staff was helpful if/when we had any questions or requests, but otherwise they were rather quiet. I found myself greeting them when leaving/entering the building. Again, not a big deal- just something we noticed. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend it to anyone in search of a convenient, clean, comfortable space just outside of Phoenix.
