Family of 5 stayed 2 nights on separate days. No disappointments and safe area if traveling through. However room keeping could do a better job at dusting and wiping door handles.

We were very impressed with this hotel It was very clean.. the breakfast was amazing!! Delicious and well supplied with lots of options. The staff was friendly and kind . We will stay here again .

We found a tick in the bed we show at the receptionist but they did nothing about it. Cleanliness of the room, as there was a tick in the bed shown to hotel management and video taken of the tick in the bed. What kind of housekeeping does this hotel do, every day? Should have a free stay because of this. Hilton family of hotels offer a free night for problems like this.

Rooms were comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, continental breakfast was great, gym was clean. No complaints!

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful and professional. The breakfast was excellent, but the boiled eggs should be served hot and not cold. One of the elevator door was kind of shaky when it was closing, not sure if it needed some grease to get it to close smoothly. Overall we had a great stay and would book the same hotel in the future.

It was very clean and there was always stuff available. One of the elevators didn’t work so it was very slow getting to our room.
