Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Chandler/Fashion Center

The room was nice and clean but there was a smell in the room. I don't know if it's because of the old fixtures or if that's just the way the room smelled

Exercise room very good. Breakfast area excellent.

The suite was very comfortable. A full kitchen, large refrigerator, clean shower, comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good and the area it was served it was super clean.

Great breakfast and clean room and easy parking.

'THE HOTEL IS IN NEED OF LOTS OF UPDATING. HALLWAYS ARE DARK, ROOMS ARE NOT WEEL MAINTAINED - FURNITURE SCRATCHED, CARPETS DIRTY. CLERK WHEN WE CHECKED IN WAS RUDE AND UN HELPFUL. NEXT DAY CLERK WAS WONDERFUL.

Very nice and clean. Good breakfast, quiet and well maintained. Definitely stay here again. Staff was great as well.

Quiet, clean and extremely helpful staff

Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was, we stayed on the 3rd floor and the 4th floor was under construction. So, banging and loud noises the whole stay. The front desk guy during the day was more than happy to relocate us to the 2nd floor. Construction will be on going until Jan 2027.

The rooms are clean and the staff were very friendly.

The staff was courteous. I really appreciated that. However, I wished that I’d known that they were not going to have water in the building for 2 of my nine days. Also, the bed we were in, had a horrible mattress. I did address this with the staff via texting. She said that all of their beds were like that. In this case, I won’t be returning.

Nice spacious room

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was absolutely spotless. Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, friendly staff- what more could you ask for? We will stay here again!

Breakfast was wonderful. Great selection. Room was spacious and beautiful. Loved the pool area as well. Definitely recommend staying here! Amazing customer service to top it off. Staying here on my next time in Sept of this year yo Phoenix!
