The room was amazing with a great bed. The property was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Lots of shops around and very close to the freeways. We will 100% be coming back. The only issue was at 10am house keeping came in without knocking. Check out is 12 so I found this a little intrusive. She said nobody tells her if rooms have checked out or not.

Additionally, they charge $15 per night for parking on an uncovered surface lot. There is nothing premium about the parking lot, and there is not any deficiency of available spaces. There is a notice on the parking permit that disclaims liability for personal injury, theft, loss, or damage to the vehicle or its content. Even the staff member Todd bemoaned the extra cost as superfluous and stated that it should be included in the booking fee (“It is not an extra”). This is clearly an attempt to reduce the listed price of the room and to nickel and dime customers without providing any extra value. The hotel itself was nice, but these administrative aspects left a whole lot to be desired.

Most everything went smoothly and the stay has been good so far. Alan at the front desk was very helpful. My biggest hang-up was the difficulty in extending our stay by a single day. It was a lot more complicated than it needed to be, and it seemed like it was due to internal policies and procedures that made it that way rather than the staff member with whom I was speaking (I did not catch her name). Other than having to jump through some hoops to extend the stay, it has been a positive experience.

Very nice and clean and the layout was what is expected from a Residence Inn. Kitchen area was good with a full sized refrigerator/freezer like many homes have. The matress felt worn and was beginning to taco.

Great staff, room was nice and there is a but, the tub was dirty and the room smelled like garbage after the second and third day or even like a dead rodent. You could smell it when you returned to the room steer being out all day

Great overall, just a little advise to please keep an eye on the dishwasher and some utensils, has a rust, maybe due to the dry air but overall happy with the stay
