Pay for parking is dumb. AC was decent

The staff was courteous and professional. The property as a whole is well maintained and cleanliness throughout. Comfortable beds and pillows, smoke free and clean rooms. Will stay again in the future.

Great stay! Jay at the bar was amazing! Beds SUPER comfy. The only two things I didn’t like was housekeeping only services the room on the third day and the hotel front door and elevator should lock at night with room key access. Other than that, I would definitely return when I’m back in Arizona.

I checked my credit card account expecting the refund… By August 3rd, no refund. I called their help line. They called the hotel and they said I was a ‘no show’, therefore NO REFUND. I got a receipt when I checked out saying I paid for two nights. I will NOT be using Expedia ever again!!! I liked the hotel… but since they were in cahoots with Expedia about the refund I CANNOT recommend them either. Lesson learned that you can’t trust big companies to do the right thing!!!

The rooms are really nice and my modern. The beds were comfy for us and the location was great. My only real complaint is how dirty the pool was. It was bad enough I asked the staff for a net to help them clean out the junk. Even with that though, we would stay there again.

Absolutely Fabulous! I stayed here almost 10 days. Staff truly amazing and helpful. This operates as a five star hotel. Housekeeping has it immaculate compared to other hotels in Chandler and other major cities. Their staff each extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future. For someone traveling long duration needing things clean, functional and no problems. No dust. Quality clean and fresh. This is the place! The bed and pillows created the best sleep ever! If they upgraded the soap to essential lavender & tangerine relaxing(NoRadio) they would be number 1 in the entire state 😁. Thank you for creating a cozy stay for our exhaustion!

The bed was so uncomfortable. The springs in the mattress were beat, and I woke with a backache that is still lingering more than a day later. The layout of the room was weird. There was no place to sit directly in front of the television, and the bed was literally in the middle of the room with the head of the bed facing the door. So awkward. I was also upset that my card was charged $100 which the hotel said would not be returned until 5-6 business days after my stay. This is not common practice at most places I stay. Also, I found it weird to be asked to pay for parking at a hotel in Chandler. Also not standard practice for this area.

The room was not clean. Shower was dirty, floor was dirty.

Check in was quick and staff explained that the card reader on my end wasn’t working so they would have to do it on their end before hand which was nice for the heads up. Kitchen and bar were closed but they were still offering to order through the front desk which was helpful. Room was nice and cool and stayed that way even with it being extremely hot outside.

The staff was very helpful and always willing to assist with things.

Room was amazing, very clean, staff was very nice with great guest service. I enjoyed my many stays with Cambria and will continue to stay there.

One of my favorite properties to stay in while down in the Phoenix/Chandler area. Never had issues and always enjoy my stay!
