Justin at check-in was exceptional. The room was large and spacious. Very quiet. Pool could have been kept cleaner and the bathroom in the room could have been cleaner. Other than that no complaints, will stay again!

Toilet was clogged in the first room we had. Second room much better.

When we arrived we were informed the AC was not working so check-in was not suggested.

Great property, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was full you never heard people entering g or exiting their rooms. Very quiet and relaxing.

Overall great experience.. serving staff for our gathering at ballroom was rude and the air and AV was out. Other than that room, and the greeting staff at front desk was very pleasant and overly accommodating

Honestly a great stay! It was quiet and the breakfast buffet was a hit.

The property was not the best updated property in terms of remodeling. Was probably considered a top tier property in the early 2000s. But what got me is they stole my son’s Gucci slides. House keeping came in while we were out and got them. Apparently it’s on going issue at the property according to the police. However, involving the authorities, I was able to recover them.

There was a dead roach in our room first thing we see, and we got the place because it said it had a baby crib and we get their and ask for it and they don’t have them anymore
