the location is great --been there several times - when in chiang mai always book here - good staff--accomodating -friendly 7 eleven and always alive with entertainment -- and markets and shops wording on accomodation ads little wrong wording --nothing major

I keep finding bugs when I return to the room after leaving for 4 hours or more. I keep the place clean but bugs still come. Everything else is fine. The bugs do leave you alone or run away if they notice you. Staff are great and the wifi is decent. I did see a lizard ? once but it was very small. Too many bugs for the little guy to eat I guess. I wish I saw a lizard more often. They are great pest control.

The water in the toilet there was a dark water and in the shower also we had a black water we came to the reception and he try to help us but the manager don’t want to do anything, and u need to go to the loby in the middle of the night to go to the toilet. Bad place and bad experience. They dont want to helps us with everything

i booked this room in haste and when i read the reviews i thought i had made a mistake but i was wrong the staff was fantastic my room was cleaned every day fresh bedding fresh towels water everyday i could not fault this hotel at all i think a lot of these reviews are very petty they should remember what they paid for there rooms . the location is right in the center of town but i never lost any sleep it was nice and quite . the view from my room was exceptional i had a view of the mountains i cannot thank them enough for making my stay exceptional thankyou nothing

The location is good, close to the old town and bars. Old rooms and the building is generally old. Staff can not make any decisions independently; they have to call their boss for everything. It is not really helpful, resulting in poor customer service. They do not let you pay with a card if your bill is less than 1000thb. We offered we would exchange money the following day and pay but they didn't let us check in without the payment. After 30 min. Negotiations and calls to the owner they let us pay with the card and charged us 3% for transaction, this is pretty standard in Asia. Then we asked if they can store something in a fridge for us. That was not an option. We stayed for two nights and then we moved one block down the road to another, better and cheaper place. So overall the experience wasn't good. I wouldn't recommend it.
