The location is great! I’ve changed three rooms, and all of them faced a quiet street. The rooms are spacious and well-lit. The staff is very nice and friendly. Beds are super comfy! Good deal! It really depends on the room. My last one (214) was terrible. They need to replace the AC—it’s very loud, and even with earplugs, you can still hear it. Plus, the fridge is very old and noisy.

The location is great. You're tucked away so it's quiet but it's surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars etc. Short walk to old town. The room was kind of clean. The beds were comfy. They don't have hair dryers but if you ask at the front desk then can provide one for your stay. The hotel itself is clean and it good condition, has an elevator and an open area with tables and chairs that I'd see people use to work or drink a coffee and eat their own food. No restaurant. This place is more for people who want to stay a month or longer as it says on a big advertisement on the property. It's a very hands off place . You take out your own garbage out and make your own bed and go looking for your own fresh towels etc don't expect water bottles to be replenished daily. It was good value for money. I would stay again but I would appreciate if they would at least come empty the garbage in the rooms. Tiny waste baskets. But overall I don't mind the hands off guest support. AC worked great in my room and wasn't noisy. . It doesn't have the same services as other hotels. I stayed for a week and no one came to my room to empty garbage or even give fresh towels. The bathroom shower is covered in soap mildew. I think they just do basic quick cleaning like sweep and make bed when people check in/out. The room itself was good clean. The toilet paper and toiletries are in the lobby that you get yourself. No toilet paper in room otherwise.

Great location. Bed was comfy and it was quiet. Staff are really nice. Shower didn’t work all the time and they didn’t clean the room for the whole week I stayed.

The staff was great. The location was soso, and the cleaning was not great (the sheets were dirty).. They didn’t give bottles of water everyday and the breakfast was not great.

Nice location in the Middle of Chiang Mai. Not very far to the night market and other places you might want to go to. Rooms were as promised Could have been a bit cleaner. Shower curtain was very old (moldy) and didnt cover all of the shower so after taking a shower the whole bathroom was wet

Great location, short walk from the main road. The shower left a little to be desired. Very old mechanism and requires you to turn lots of taps before it works.

Great location, huge room and the comfiest bed! Good value for money. The bathroom is basic but shower worked well.

Worth the price. Rooms are big and staff were nice! The shower could be cleaner and is surrounded by a lot of bars that have a weird (but not unsafe) vibe at night.
