Staff were friendly, laundry service was great. I wish they had a bigger pair of slippers, extra towels, and room service.

The lobby area is great for waiting for transport to activities. They have a nice self serve coffee machine, just ask for milk, and some free snacks. The family that runs the place is really nice. Bed is cozy and the in room ac unit is great for cooling off during the heat of the day. We found ourselves periodically returning throughout the day to rest a bit before the next plan. The point of use water heater took a bit of fiddling to get going and even at max heat was not strong enough to fully heat the shower with the water at full blast. There's a decent amount of noise at night from nearby homes and businesses, we were able to sleep through it but if you're a light sleeper it may be a problem. The area just outside the hotel can be a bit sketch but everyone minds their own.

Kind of a contemporary lanna vibe. Great decor. Most comfortable bed I've slept on in Thailand in more than 20 years. No hot pot in the room.

Wasn't clean enough (mainly the floors and the shits could be cleaner), So for the price it didn't feel like good value because that (and compareto other hotel in chiang mai). Personal preference, but the matress was to soft.

Clean, convenient, friendly staff.

Very helpful staff, very tasty made-to-order breakfast. Clean, comfortable. No streaming service on the TV, just channels. Other places we stayed had smart TVs, which would have been nice since I was laid up sick in bed for a day. Also, there were more mosquitoes in the lobby than in other places we had stayed.
-
Super reasonable price and close to night market and night life . Staff were very friendly and helpful.
-
Nice place. Staff was nice. The hallways are very echoey. My first night (Saturday) I could hear neighbors cough and drunkenly talking in the hallways. They need to sound proof the place a bit more.

I had good time in Chiang Mai. Every staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with good amenities. Hotel don’t provide break fast(online small coffee) Many stair until romm (don’t have elevator) Shower not good (wall position)

Very clean, modern and within walking distance to cafes, bars and shopping.

The location is great — very walkable to nearby attractions and cafés. The rooms are minimalist and no-frills, but it's an affordable place for a quick stopover and generally clean and sufficient for a night or two. The staff was friendly and helpful. The front breakfast/lounge area was lovely. The room I had had very limited natural light — just a small window facing another building — which made it feel quite dark and closed in. It’s fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer visits.

Location was perfect. It was such a good Value. Had the the feel of a higher End hotel. Nothing.
-
The locals was well located, the property itself was nicely designed and had a very pleasant ambiance. The room and washroom was very nice additionally they had free coffee (not the instant kind but a quality machine with fresh ground beans) , tea and snacks. The rooms without the balcony had a very small window, not much natural light.
-
Very friendly and helpful staff, including two pups, Banana and Tofu! Cute and classy interior & garden despite a very unassuming exterior view from the street.
-
The location is quiet and clean.
-
It does not have a clothes closet.
-
A great little boutique hotel right in the tourist area of CM, excellent value
-
There are many mosquitoes in the room, I killed ~10 mosquitoes everyday. This is the main reason I don’t like about this hotel. Location is okay, the Main Street outside has lot of bars, if you enjoy the night life you can come here.
-
Lovely helpful staff, lovely garden around the property to relax in Rooms were small and some didn’t have a window, but you can book rooms with windows that are roomier
