Nice quiet option to visit Chiang Mai. Small hotel and it was all fine and clean. The pool was nice to cool after exploring Chiang Mai.

Hotel Loy was nothing short of amazing! The hotel is beautiful in an awesome location. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Our room was outstanding especially with the huge tub on the back patio. But what made it the best was the staff! We LOVED everyone there! Would ? recommend this hotel to anyone and will be staying here when we come back again!! Nothing!

The room is clean with very friendly staff. I like the breakfast , it's a la carte but with good portion and tasty. Near old city , not with crowded neighbourhood so you can have good rest. The sound proof not so super...one of the day can hear my neighbour taking loudly.

The rooms are spacious and clean. WiFi was high-speed and consistent. The pool is gorgeous and picturesque. The staff are wonderfully friendly and breakfast with selection of 2 items made to order was brilliant. Super close walk to Chiang Mai Old Town. The gym is on the smaller side, though not many guests use it. Loi Kroh Road which is the main street near the hotel is not the nicest.

Beautifully designed property with exceptional service. Spacious rooms, quiet yet quiet and an easy walk to the city centre. Wonderful staff. Nothing!

First class service - the staff is so welcoming! The breakfast is excellent, both with Thai and other choices which is a la carte. Our room, which was a Deluxe Double, was very large and with a very nice seating area. The entire hotel is very tastefully renovated. Location is good, on a quiet side street not far from everything, and just outside of the Old Town, but between the Old Town and the daily night market. It's a bit pricey but it's worth it!

Great location, and lovely staff. The rooms were really nice and bed comfortable. No hot water in shower. If we wanted lukewarm water it was a tiny drizzle. Only cold had pressure and can't shower in cold water for a 3 night stay. We brought the issue up to staff repeatedly but we're told every room is the same.

The hotel had an inviting feel as you walk in. The rooms had a modern Japanese design which was relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. This place was always clean and felt fresh. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with booking activities, food recommendations and transport. We always looked forward to our welcome back drinks and a chat with Zen. Nil

Nice hotel in the centre. Our room, with a view of the pool, was quiet and comfortable. We were allowed to leave our suitcases at the hotel for a week during a round trip. Special thanks to Khun Kate who always looked after us during breakfast. We will come back. Water temperature of the pool is rather chilly.

Clean room and clear modern design with full room accessories. Location is hard to access without private vehicle. Only 4 parking lot available which may not be adequate in Holidays. No restaurant except for breakfast. Compare to other City hotel in Chiangmai, the room rate may be a little more expensive but lack some facilities.

Design was really nice and fresh. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was really good for access to lots of chaing mai. The pool was really nice but we didn’t have time to have a swim. Breakfast - having to bring a token was a bit annoying instead of giving your room number. Shower water pressure was pretty poor. Breakfast selection was great but personally we prefer a buffet style over picking 2 dishes from a set menu.
