Nothing worse hotel i have ever stayed at in Thailand. Rude front stuff. Stay away from this hotel. they try to rip you off by claiming they can not get stains out of sheets. Do not booked this hotel. Staff hotel they tried to scam extra money out of people. bathroom had some kind of fluid on door.

The room is nice--soft beds, great pillows, looks new. The pool is minuscule but the location is an easy walk to many restaurants, Wats, the Night bazaar, etc.

I guess the pool was really just built to tick the box. It might be ok to jump in and cool down quickly after a day out.

Great price off-season very few travelers so I felt lucky to have a great price and a good location because it’s close to everything but it is a little tricky to find with a car but that’s what GPS is for. Great value and very clean Can’t think of a negative

It was clean with nice bathrooms Bed was not a proper bed but mattress was comfy. Not enough pillows on the bed only 2. Room was very small. Price in booking was with breakfast and then was refused breakfast by staff.

I have been to many places in Chiang Mai but this one is my favorite so far. The hotel is beautiful and modern. Location is close to everything (10-15 min walk), but in the night it’s very quiet. The bed is big and really comfortable. It is very clean, they come every day to clean the room and provide 2 bottles of water. There is also a fridge and hairdryer. Shower is really good with hot water and shower gel/shampoo. I had an amazing time at Luck Thai Hotel and I will definitely take a room again when coming back to Chiang Mai. The staff is not the most friendly I have seen in Thailand. Some members are nice but there is a very unpleasant receptionist which is a shame in an establishment of this quality. He never says hello and it is so unpleasant to interact with him because he seems annoyed of its job. Bathroom is a bit small and the sink is outside the bathroom which is not what I prefer but it’s ok. These are just details, I really enjoyed this establishment.

As I walked up to reception, the lady working commented on my smile.. It was so nice to have such a friendly welcome.. I did mention to her *what's not to smile about, I am in Thailand*. I was far enough away from the main party area to suppress any noise yet close enough to be within a short walk of all the excitement umm. I really can not think of anything I did not like about this place.

Kind staff and the room was simple and clean. Walkable to many places in town. The area is a bit dark and shady at night, so it was a bit intimidating for a single female traveller.
