With a decent desk for working (even has a lamp on it) and a lot of furniture.

Loved the location! A very cute family run business. Walking distance to lovely restaurants, the Night Market and Sunday Market. I loved everything about this stay. I will say if you don’t like cats this one is probably not for you.

Loved my stay. Room was spacious and had all the amenities you may need. Host was kind and very helpful when we asked to leave our bags for the day. Nothing, zero complaints.

Excellent value for money! I work remote and this place provides everything I need for a smooth stay. The room looks exactly like the photos, I love the big mirror and the make up table, the daily complimentary 700ml mineral water (2 bottles), the decors and the balcony with the stunning view of the mountains! It's also walkable to all the attractions. For my next stay, I'll definitely try one of their other rooms! I guess one thing to improve is maybe providing proper tea spoons to go with the coffee cups but other than that, really a fantastic stay. Thank you so much!

This guesthouse was well maintained and clean in a great location. The rooms are large with beautiful balconies and nice plants surrounding the building. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. Quite and pleasant location. All facility are in good and maintain condition. Also good water pressure. Very good value for money.

The last day we were there , there was a bit of a smell in the bathroom and when we left the hotel it looked like they were pumping out something from the pipes.

Looked niewer in the pictures and the curtains did not manage to make the room dark, we had to use sleep masks to be able to sleep longer.

Nice view of mountains and common area was quite pleasant. My allergies acted up every night when entering our room, I’m not sure if it’s due to the old building or something else, but I was sneezing constantly inside as well as my nose would start running. — I do not have an allergies regularly, so not sure what caused the problem.

Staff was great at the daily cleaning, 2 waters and prompt attention to fixing a cooling issue. Location was quiet and close to the Old City. No elevator.

Good location, central but still a bit off the main busy streets. Great value for money. Fantastic staff! When I forgot my Kindle in my room, they sent it to my new hotel in southern Thailand within two days! Recommend this place, would stay again.

It can be a bit noisy and the mountain view rooms on the top floors are more spacious and quiet.
