Top location, you have everything you need just by walk

Perfect location for us. Just 1/3mi to be inside the old city wall in one direction and 1/3mi to be in the middle of Anusarn Market with endless food options. 7-11 Half a block down and Big C Market 1/3mi. Waroros Market which has WAY cheaper clothing than the Saturday Walking street or Sunday Market (which we found ridiculously packed) is a cool backstreet mile long walk. Go! Worth it if you’re adventurous! Our room was spacious and AC worked great. We had some dust on kitchen shelf and upper clothing rack, but other than that, very clean. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom are a bit dated, but again, very clean, so we were comfortable. Would 100% stay here again! Shower curtains should be replaced if containing any mold. We only asked for our room to be cleaned twice during our 10 day stay, so we had to keep asking for coffee because you would only give us 2 at a time.

Even though the hotel is older, it is well maintained and the rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room doors still use keys and the air conditioning, while decent, could be improved.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the room has everything I'm looking for: kettle, fridge, air conditioning, outdoor space (balcony), great charging locations by the bed, bedside lamps, good wifi. The location is great for exploring the city. I was there during their flood recovery and not only did the keep my reservations, they had that place cleaned and ready to receive guests. Great price on top of everything else, I will stay here again. Shower was a little limp, you could hear other guests easily in the halls.

Helpful staff. Big clean rooms. Quiet at the back room I had. Close to the big hotels. Parking is minimal so if you need it arrive early.

Great location, minutes from the old city wall and near the busier parts of Chiang Mai. Large room, big comfy beds and good facilities. The bottled water, fridge and facilities in the room were good. Sound proofing of the room, could hear the next room, people in the corridors, very noisy air conditioning unit which we had to speak to the staff about after the first night. The balcony wasn't really a balcony, overlooking a car parking space and neighbouring properties. No furniture to use outside/room for it really. The bathroom was a little rough around the edges and dated.

Perfect location - equal close distance from the Old Walled City and the Night Markets but on a quiet street. The rooms were big and very clean, the rest of the hotel equally spotless. Strong AC, very nice bathrooms, good wifi. The staff could not have been more helpful. Service was simply superb. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again. Nothing.

Free parking but limited carpark. Luggage lift available, stairs for guests. The city view rooms have big balcony looking down to the street, very nice view in the morning. No hot water in the shower on the first night. Amenities were basic without toothbrush & toothpaste, comb. Towel provided had a footprint. Extra pillow request on the first night had no follow-up/handover to the next shift.
