Great breakfast, comfy and homey rooms

The room was a bit warm and took some time to cool down when you turn on the aircon. Maybe it's because of the high ceiling (which makes the room look very nice though).

The property was very clean and pretty. Located in a quiet neighborhood where you can see local everyday life happening but still a few minutes walk from the center of the city. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very very lovely and attentive, thank you for the amazing stay.

The staffs are all very friendly and polite. The bed!!!! It’s so comfortable that u just didn’t want to leave my room!

We loved the thoughtfulness of the hotel about all the small details, welcoming staff, superb cleanliness everywhere, free beer and snack ij the afternoon, good breakfast, all the nice amenities you can wish for in the room, comfy bed We loved everything, but if I child offer ine feedback is to allow the a.c to keep running without the room key card, because it was si hot and took some time for the room ti cool down.

staff was very friendly and helpful, bedroom had lots of windows and made me feel at home, location was close by to a lot pool looked a little green but i saw several guests still enjoying it!

The location was perfect. Just minutes outside old town. We had a suite which was awesome. Bikes were included if you are game to handle the traffic. Pia had some activities for the kids. Pia and Kanda was also very knowledgable as to how to get around and what to do efficiently. 24hrs assistance. Nothing to dislike.

loved the staff and their clear and helpful attention to all that needed to be done. I had to come to Chaing Mai to retrieve my 90 year old mother who was having significant issues with adjustment after the long flight. The hotel staff were kind and generous to my mother. She would go to the front desk and ask questions and they always took time to engage with her. The pool was fine, but it was a little hard to get in and out of, especially for my very aged mother. I don't think anywhere is neccessarily great for someone of advanced age to pop in and out of a pool- a pool ladder might have been useful.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and knowledgable. Spoke good English to communicate well. We mainly dealt with “Ice”, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, a nice selection of egg dishes, French toast, fresh fruit and juice, breads and coffee. They had a lovely “happy hour” each day with an assortment of free alcohol and cracker snacks in the afternoon. We were in the family room with 2 king beds. There is an elevator in the hotel, but our room was on the other side of the hotel and we had to walk up about 10 stairs to get there (Not difficult at all). The room and bathroom were clean. Free water in glass bottles were also provided each day. There was a mini fridge in the room. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were great. The A/C also worked very well, we actually had to turn it up a bit because it good too cold. Also a lovely touch to provide slippers/sandals for inside the room to keep it cleaner, rather than using outside shoes. There aren’t enough hooks to hang up towels. (I don’t like to hang up near the toilet. There wasn’t a lot of bathroom counter space and there were no luggage racks for our bags, so we had to put them on the floor. Not the end of the world… but we’re older and would like them up off the ground.

i like the vibe of the hotel, it's like an old thai house filled with ancient home decor. it's small but it's really cozy and the breakfast was simple but nice as well. they also provide universal plugs so it comes in handy when you need to charge your phone or use your own stuff. staff are very friendly as well. and the bar serves great cocktail. the water drains a bit slowly at the bathroom. and the hdmi plus wasn't working

It was so beautiful and well taken care of, the staff were all amazing and so sweet and willing to help. It was the perfect place to stay and not too close to all the tourists

Beautifully thought out design with every detail down to earplugs, water, and toiletries thought of. Clean well kept with a beautiful breakfast. Free bikes, friendly and helpful staff and easy walking distance to old city. Great price for a luxurious feel! Property feels out of place backing onto a residential type alley that is dark at night but ultimately never felt unsafe. Pool was a bit too cold but nothing to complain about!

They also offer lana-style pajamas for your stay. Perfect location, with almost all attractions within a walking distance. Bicycles available to use for free. 7 eleven 4-minutes away. Good breakfast choices. The french toast is a definite highlight. Some ants in the bathroom. Roosters, although not that noisy for us.

Beautiful rooms and they did a really good job of integrating nature into the hotel! Rooms were very clean! Water temperature of the shower was pretty variable, and in the oriental suite (where my parents stayed, it was really hard for them to get in and out of the tub/shower) to important to note for people with mobility issues. I was also a little weirded out/a strange choice for them to have very large pictures/art of African elephants in the room when so many people come to see Asian elephants here in Chiang Mai… they are pretty different looking so that was a little funny/weird… I was also woken by the roosters at 5 am, though it wasn’t too bad/loud…

Excellent facility with extremely welcoming staff always ready to support every need. Stand-out is its breakfast and the size of the room itself, and also a large bathroom/shower. Fast wifi and the complimentary happy hour every day is a nice bonus This is not smack in the middle of the city, but a 15 minute leisurely stroll to old-town, so just be aware - you need to cross a few roads for you to reach the inner city. If the facilities like pool and gym are very important for your stay, might want to reconsider - while they are available they are not particularly note-worthy for this hotel. Overall still really recommend for travellers in general

A good stay overall— good location, walkable to old city but not overly loud. Room was clean. Breakfast ok for the price, etc. In the weeks after booking, I was contacted twice by Whatsapp scammers pretending to be this place. They had my full name, phone number, booking number, dates, and presumably my passport number since they had the rest. I brought it up when I arrived and they mentioned a data breach. Can't give them more than two stars given the circumstances. Also, the water pressure is quite low in the shower, but I wouldn't normally dock a star for that.
