Quiet, comfortable, reasonable priced room near to nightlife.I would go back again.

Great breakfast. Good rooms for a budget traveller. To help the hotel out I booked an extra 15 nights directly with them instead of booking.com or any other travel agency. Even though it wasnt cheaper for me. Unfortunately due to a family emergency I had to cut it 13 nights short. However they didnt want to do any refund, think along with me or meet me in the middle. So the favor wasnt mutual.

I had reasonable expectations going in so nothing was disappointing.

I had a great stay! The employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room stayed nice ans cool. The shower had strong water pressure and consistent warm water. To top it off, the breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. Highly recommended! Exchange machine is walking distance.

#201 Very clean, excellent location, nice staff, room is big enough (for one) AC is not noisy. Cleaning everyday. I had an excellent stay although some minor defaults. Internet connection is not stable. There were some tiny ants in the bathroom from time to time... View from the balcony was on a working area. That's why I don't rate 10...sorry...

This was my 3rd stay here and I find it very comfortable. I booked a double room with balcony which was very roomy with good storage. The balcony was welcomed on a hot day. There is strong wifi in all parts of the hotel including the patio area out front. The hotel is small and on a quiet lane just off busy Loi Kroh. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Old City wall so is in a good location. Restaurants, bars and shops are steps away and there is a breakfast buffet for a reasonable fee available on site. The staff were very always pleasant and helpful including taking my luggage upstairs. Unfortunately there is no pool at this hotel but saying that, it also means that the hotel is quieter with less large groups and families.

Clean, well thought out, nicely appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast. Small gym. Close to old city, shopping, entertainment. I like exercise but some may not like up to 3 story walkup. Exteriors are reasonable quality but modest in decor.
