We got stuck in the elevator and my 70 year old mom was scared to go back in the elevator so we requested a refund which was denied.

The hotel is modern and minimalist in design.Great location for exploring the city. I stayed solo which worked out fine.As I remember, the room is described a cozy which it certainly is. However, some couples may find it too cozy. This is especially true of the bathroom.

The staff is absolutely lovely! They were always cheerful and made sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. The location is also pretty good, with notable street markets just a short walk away, as well as the centre.

Perhaps I'm being picky (1st time in Thailand, go figure...), but the rooms are tight. Sink took up the entire counter, leaving no space for personal belongings (especially if staying for longer than just a night or two). Shower drain was graded incorrectly, this led to the entire bathroom floor constantly flooding (requiring you to "kick" the water into the drain so your bathroom doesn't flood).

The location was good but it was a construction site when I was there. The lobby/pool areas were being painted. The roof terrace and the fitness center were closed for renovations. It was a construction site. I couldn’t use the facilities that were advertised.

The most important things are comfortable beds, and hot showers, good a/c. Kate and Hasu have the most comfortable beds i have slept on in Thailand. Nothing

Pretty little boutique hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Really great location. The room was a little small and compact but that’s a tiny thing. Everything else was perfect.

The pictures made this hotel look amazing….it is not It was a beat up hotel that needs some desperate attention. I spoke to 2 staff members about the stain on the headboard of the bed and asked if I could move and they said it wasn’t possible. I intended to stay for 4 days-a left after 1 Also- there were 3 pictures of a bike- but there are no bikes to borrow…(but they are great photo’s) I don’t like to write bad reviews BUT I feel like I want to save you from making the same mistake….

Loved every bit at this hotel. It is small but has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the trims are clean, the water in the shower is hot. The staff is very wonderful and helpful. I had a perfect stay there and would choose it again any time! —

The location was just peefect. Close to night bazzar and Thapae.

Some of the staff were nice and polite. Well at least aircon was cold enough and there was hot water in shower. There was no place to hang clothes at all—no wardrobe, no rod for drying small laundry items, and no space to hang pyjamas or any clothes for reuse. Additionally, there was a visible shoe mark on the bedsheet. Some staff were unfriendly when we needed to start our day earlier. A helpful staff member had advised us that we could request breakfast 15 minutes earlier, but the morning staff refused and insisted on sticking to the timing she had written.
