ON Thapae Chiang Mai

One of the best places I have ever stayed in. The staff was excellent, the location was brilliant, and the vibe of the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast? Yes it was terrific. I will definitely stay here again :-) Nothing

Water, snacks, and fruit were provided at check-in. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Very satisfied with my stay. Will come back and recommend to friends.

For a first time visitor the property is in a great location in Old Town. Everything from coffee shops, resturants, street vendors, etc are located within walking distance. The traffic of motor bikes and cars would be the only con I would day. The little walk ways to the main streets seems to have a constant flow of traffic. To be fair the traffic is the same in all parts of Old Town so not just confined to On Thapar.

Staff is super friendly. Despite being within a residenatial are, there is a lot of traffic around the property. The shower is not devided from the bathroom floor, meaning alittle flood avery time someone showers. The clesningness of the bathroom could be better- a lot of black mold.

I am a repeat guest, year after year. It is on a quiet side street with lovely staff — perfect!

The location is excellent- off the main street where the action is but quiet and feels like a neighborhood. There was fruit and cookies and juice available all day and the open air structure was brilliant. The breakfast was good not great - the hot food wasnt hot by 8am and I needed to microwave it. The only mirror was in the bathroom - the room is big enough to put a full length mirror. It was also more expensive than other places in the city so I expected more..

The breakfasts were very good and it was very nice that there was a little snack bar and coffee for an evening snack. The location was very good, close to the Old Town and the meeting places for our tours. The area and hotel were quiet. The pool was right beside the breakfast tables. There were no paper maps of the area.

Breakfast was amazing, the highlight of the day. The room was quite small, and didn’t even have drawers to put clothes in. Honestly for $12,000 baht for 4 nights, ($3000 baht a night or about $100) I expected more. I should have stayed at the Akira hotel down the street where I stayed before; a little pricier but the rooms are spacious and breakfast is made to order.

Loved how close it was to everything! And the staff were incredible. Modern rooms were lovely The showers sometimes overflooded in to the bathroom due to not having a separation in the floor, but that wasn’t that big of a deal!

Good fresh breakfast options. Ample fresh fruit and water provided during the day. Great location, easy and safe to walk to local night markets. Comfortable beds and clean bedding. Refreshing hot shower with good pressure. Clean, big rooms and easy to move around. Great team of staff that are friendly and pleasant.

I had a wonderful stay, the premise is clean and quiet. Enjoyed the daily breakfast selection. Staff are superb in providing all the assistance i need during my stay. ??

Room is small, bathroom wasn’t that clean, breakfast is very small.
