Staff was incredibly helpful, genuine, and welcoming. Great vegan breakfasts. Very clean. Great location in quieter neighborhood, yet close to city center. Enjoyed the pools. Wonderful stay, highly recommend. Nothing

Not enough storage / closet for clothes /room for luggage. Felt messy all the time. A/C had a musty scent to it. Didn't like that... location.. ok. Could be better. Mattresses so so. Bottom line i ts a nice hitel in my opinion a little over priced.

Hotel is wonderful, with helpful friendly staff and easy access to many local eateries Smog and haze covered the entire Thailand much of the time, not sure what causes it; seems like some burning happening somewhere and especially bad air in Chiangmai and its mountainous areas.

Loved the room layout and enjoyed the pool . Its in a very good location, close to the Tha Pai gate. Our booking included a daily 60 min massage which absolutely the best massage i have received. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vegan breakfast was also delicious. We also did Aerial Yoga which was very fun. A 10 out of 10! Would definitely return.

The food was incredible! We loved the breakfast buffet that changed every day! The staff were so nice and helped us with everything; even a wake up call. I wish some family rooms were swim-up rooms.

The room was exactly as described and pictured. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is extremely walkable and there are lots of amenities around. We dined at the restaurant, and it was very good. The breakfast in the mornings was very fast, easy, and tasty. We stayed in a room with pool access and a private jacuzzi and this definitely enhanced our stay.

Excellent breakfast. Amazing staff & service. Wonderful spa. Everyone spoke great English and were helpful with all our needs. We liked being tucked away on side streets, but it was a bit hard for a few of our tour guides/drivers to find.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Having a swim up pool was awesome! We only ate the breakfast, which was delicious. nothing to note!
