The breakfast was with high quality and fresh ingredients. The stuff was ok (basic english). The location is good - between the old city and night buzzar, but in a narrow and quiet street The pool is only for theory and picture. It’s tiny, no sitting around, and very cold (december temperature outside was ~25 celsius, but the water was probably 15-ish). Practically unusable.

This property was beautiful. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I didn’t like the location. It was in an alley and I wasn’t able to view the surroundings with Google Maps before booking. However, it was located near other beautiful hotels and popular streets with good vibes, food and people. The room was small and the beds were too low.

The hotel is in an amazing location! Super easy to get to the old town, to night markets, to meeting spots for tours and all that in walking distance. We loved our stay plus the mattress was very comfortable so we slept well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. What the breakfast may have lacked in quantity of items was more that surpassed by the delicious food. The staff also remorized our coffee orders. They were wonderful. Also my wife said the massage she had in the hotel was the best of her life. We highly recommend this quaint hotel! Nothing

sizable rooms, lovely staff, the hotel is in a side street, which is quiet, but you can walk to the old town, main streets, night market etc. i made a mistake and did not check out on time, and they were so accommodating . breakfast was nice, great coffee (as with most places in Chiang Mai)

The hotel's location is very convenient. We loved the colonial style of the hotel, its interior design and decoration. Rooms were spacious and clean and the pool was an added bonus. We won't hesitate to come back another time. We appreciated that staff responded favorably to our request to have adjacent rooms on a high floor. The breakfast buffet did not offer much variety and fell short of expectations, but the coffee and fresh juices were excellent. The AC in the rooms was very loud. Staff at reception were always helpful when asked a question, but rarely volunteered a greeting and were absent or had stepped away from the desk upon our departure.

The swimming pool was a little bit too cold, but beside that this was really a great value for money deal! The stuff is really nice, thank you?

Super polite staff at reception and in the eatery. Breakfast satisfactory and certainly better than expectations. Restaurant evening meals tasty. Good location for the old town. Airport shuttle was reliable. Check in after midnight was fine and appreciated. Significant disappointment was the swimming pool. This is under cover on the ground floor and too cold to contemplate going in above thigh level.

Very kind and welcoming staff. Breakfast is good, a variety of foods. Located in a quiet alley, not far from the old city. Room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Water temperature toggle in shower was very sensitive and was either very hot or very cold, had to call staff to fix. Very bad smell in the bathroom due to poor connection of the toilet to sewage. Had to call staff again but their fix didn't help too much. Mold in shower cabin.

Not much to be honest. It's basically a 3 star hotel claiming to be 4 star. All "wooden" floor is plastic and so is the interior. Aircon (of other rooms) too loud. Staff young and friendly but not up to the task, no experienced staff around. The small pool is under a roof (never in the sun) and unheated which means that it is too cold. The breakfast buffet is mediocre especially for a 4star hotel. They can do better!
