The property is very continently located for exploring old town Chiang Mai by foot. The design is lovely and the staff are kind and helpful. The pool was small and cold, but it really wasn’t an issue because we spent most of our time exploring.

I would like if the hotel staff could steep in and make sure the stay at the hotel is enjoyable for all, not only for the Chinese. Also top floor rooms has a lot of pigeons gathering on the roof..

Our suite had all the amenities and was quite comfortable. The ambience and architecture of it being open was something that we liked. Very intuitive to navigate the room and outdoor spaces. Nice staff that were accommodating and easy to interact with.

The architecture is truly unique and beautiful—every corner of the property is photo-worthy. It’s a perfect blend of design and aesthetics. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, and water tended to leak out through the gap in the door, leaving the bathroom floor quite wet.
