Great location easy walk to the old town. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Staff is outstanding! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Will return when in Chiang Mai! Nothing

The staff could not have been kinder. The accommodated my son and I and a friend. I had broken my ankle a few days prior and they went above and beyond to get me a room closer to the elevator. Nothing, There is a long drive way which is great so you don't get the noise of the city. But It's difficult for grab drivers to turn around and have to back out of the long drive way. Wish they had a mattress topper to rent:) Beds are hard as in all of Asia.

Can’t beat it. Price was fantastic. It really depends on what you’re looking for. If you want a clean, modern room just to sleep in, you can’t get any better. For the price, it was more than I expected. I’m a Marriott Titanium member, but I couldn’t justify paying what they were asking just for a bed, so I went looking to see what else was available—and I found this hidden gem. My TV wasn’t working, and they had someone come out that night to replace it. I told them I could just use my tablet, but they still sent the technician. They really care about their customers. It’s not just this hotel, but it’s common in Vietnam for some smaller hotels to charge a credit card fee. I wish it were simply included in the price, and if they want to offer a discount for cash, they should do it that way instead.

The rooms were so comfortable and clean, room service every day. The staff were the best part of the stay. Amara was brilliant, she would cut up fruit I bought every day after Muay Thai sessions (only1min walk away) and make me tea. I look forward to staying here again! The facilities nearby are fantastic, good location. Walkable from multiple night markets, gym and the staff were keen to cater for all our needs. Felt warm and friendly and homely perfect for a solo traveller. I will be returning The TV had access to channels and multiple language but was not a smart tv. Could easily connect a HDMI though

Nice room. Very good and helpful staff The room wall was quite thin and we had problem of sleeping while the rooms next to ours talking and making coffee. Luckily, we was able to change the room for next night.

The staff here are so helpful and friendly. This is not my first sojourn at Signature Hotel @Thapae and will not be my last. Not enough to even mention.

This hotel is very well located in the city on the famous Thapae Road. The staff are superb and I find the place to be very good value.

Good location. Very friendly staff. Very quiet.. I stayed here last year and was happy to return. I will return Although ok, the beds are fairly firm. That's just a personal preference
