Everything was perfect! Housekeeping, food, staff, cleanliness, location... just perfect!! Really, everything was perfect!

Nice staff, accommodating and kind. Not very clean, WiFi issues, architecture made it feel kind of like a dungeon despite the thoughtful interior design.

Staffs made the room and hotel environment very clean. Although the property is getting old but l can see the staffs working very hard trying to maintain the property in good condition. Staffs are all very nice and prepare the breakfast accordingly to my choice. Staffs also very helpful ready for helping us to move our large baggage to the airport taxi. Besides being an old property, l have no complaints.

The breakfast was okay, but nothing special and a bit expensive given the level of quality. The only other issue we had with the room was that the hot water for showers or baths was very inconsistent. Most of the time, the water was chilly. If you left it on for about 7-8 minutes, it would eventually warm up.

Great location right by the East Gate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was quiet and the rooms were dark which made sleeping easy. I couldn’t hear other hotel guests while in my room at night. A few aggressive lady boys seem to use the streets near the hotel to try get customers (which is out of the hotels control)

The architecture of the building is unique as it isn't just a block, you feel like you're stepping into a resort in the middle of the city. The staff were extremely helpful especially Leon, he helped us with everything we needed such as booking a tour, a motorbike, basically anything. Nothing we disliked. Only thing is that the Tha Pae gate area is home to a lot of pigeons, so be prepared to be visited by them once in a while.

the jacuzzi tub in our executive suite did not work. the hot water never got hot and it leaked from the bottom. we spent nearly an hour with the staff in our room trying to fix it but it was never fixed and the only compensation we were offered was a free breakfast. the jacuzzi tub was the reason we spent so much extra money to book that room. we were disappointed. the staff was nice, but there was no resolution.
