Perfect location close to everything you need. We walked everywhere and it is so easy to grab a Gran car as well. The room is very spacious with a washer on the roof top if you need it. The glass door to the restroom was too "see through" for privacy.

Location is good, just outside of Taphae gate and where tour vans arrive to get you. Shower didn’t have hot water, entry to the room is at 3pm, no early entry allowance to the rooms, and personal not so polite that attended us when we arrived.

Despite being right at Thapae Gate the hotel parking behind the main road was easy to find (once Reception provided instructions), easy to navigate (not narrow) and there's plenty of parking. Room was much larger than expected, similarly the shower area. Having McDonalds right at the bottom of the hotel keeps the little ones happy. Having Thapae Gate tourist area right at the door step will be convenient for those wanting hotel right where the action is (Thapae market/walking street) Not being able to find out from hotel prior to arrival where the parking entrance is. Having to park at the front of the hotel (2 cars) on the busy road where there really was no parking bay is not good.

The location Was not very clean

Location is unbelievable Dark, rundown rooms, small tiny window, only one elevator, terrible breakfast.

I like its central location. And nice dark rooms at night. I had a great deal of difficulty getting the room wifi signal. The staff was very helpful but it was inconvenient. This was a unique problem as I have stayed there before and there was never a problem.

The place is beautiful, modern, in the center... Poor breakfast

Right across the street from Thaphae gate. Lots of restaurants near by. Early 6am breakfast which was nice. Room had small window that faced a brick wall. Pillows were very hard. Shower was cold; staff had to show that high pressure is cold and pulling handle outward created low pressure and hot water. No signage for that. All 4 floors are open in center with view of restaurant on main floor. Lots of breakfast noise at 6am. A bit concerned about security as both front and back doors are left open 24 hrs and anyone has access to all 4 floors. This also makes breakfast a cold area in December. I walked down at 3am and nobody was around. About 5 min later, a desk clerk finally appeared

The great location , it’s easy to go many places .

hotel situated right across historic Tha phae Gate, close to restaurants, cafes, pubs, 7-11, etc. mcdonald's also right infront of hotel. attentive hotel cleaning crew. good daily breakfast fare. everything was fine, good value for the money!

About all of the staff’s services except the bell man .

location was great, staff was helpful and friendly. There is Macdonald and coffeeshop in the hotel. The room has no balcony. At the window we saw only another building. That sometime made me uncomfortable.

Everything 2 beds instead of double bed

The building might be a bit old, but all in all, it's good value for money.

Near many temples. T.V. not clear. Too loud. I couldn't sleep. (Big problem) Give only one key card.

!location great but noise level ridiculous. Cleaning staff started going around very early in the morning and talking loudly in the hall ways . The whole hotel had a bad echo problem and noise travelled from both inside and outside at a very high level. Staff were somewhat indifferent and tried to shuffle off enquiries... except one who was helpful. Breakfast was not included in room price but was overcharged separately and was one of the poorest breakfasts encountered on this trip where we stayed at many hotels. Better front counter staff Better cleaning staff who could show more discretion in being more quiet. Better breakfast. Better hot water for showering
