Best Western Hotel Grand Parc

They had a water spot in the lobby, the staff was very nice, check-in was easy and our free luggage drop off felt very secure. Air conditioning worked well. The remote clearly had not been wiped in a while, and there were fingerprints on the toilet flusher. This doesn’t concern me too much but makes me nervous for places they didn’t clean and I didnt notice. An Uber for my husband and I to Disney was about $15-20 each way so if you have a bigger family, it might be better to splurge a little and stay in a cheaper Disney hotel on property since you wouldn’t have to pay for the Ubers and it would be more magical.

Location. We were given a handicap room on the main floor. Unable to use mirror and had to duck under shower. There were many ants in the room on arrival and in the morning. Safe was not operational. Staff were not helpful.

The staff was very helpful. The location is 15 minutes drive from Disneyland. Family friendly hotel The hotel is outdated. The airco can be used only in the summer so it was too warm in the room. The window has no mosquitos net so we were stung every night. No closet.

Great location to disney The back door is locked at night, which forces me to park in the back and then walk around to the front of the building and its dark and feels unsafe as a woman traveling solo, so I find myself rushing to get inside. This is also the second visit in a month that my television did not work.

They were huge

Our family enjoyed the delicious breakfast, the pleasant staff and the location. Truly, the food, most especially the bread were as they promised in their website. I love that the bathroom is separate from the toilet. I love the smell of their soap and wished that I have asked the reception where to buy it. It is not that I don't like the decor but I felt uncomfortable with the excessive use of the birds wallpaper and bird's loud shrieks during breakfast. There was also an error in the issuance of our room key upon our check-in. I was deeply embarrassed when I entered a room which was already occupied. I remember looking eye-to-eye with the occupant and quickly moved out of the room.

The staff told me that there were two reservations under my name, even though I only had one confirmation in my email. They asked me to contact Booking to cancel one of them so I wouldn’t be charged no-show fees. Even though I contacted Booking and the hotel multiple times, I was still charged no-show fees for another reservation supposedly under my name — despite the fact that I was actually there. I have contacted them repeatedly to request a refund, but they refuse. Unacceptable staff, avoid any booking with them

-very easy acces, 10 minutes from Disneyland by car -safe parking -comfortable beds, big double bed ( ideal for parents that sleep with a baby between them) -friendly stuff

Originally liked the location for taking uber/taxi to Disneyland park No shuttle to park, Uber and Taxi won’t take you’re ride because it is too close to park to make money

Wonderful location in a small village, short walk to grocery store, excellent dining and quiet walking paths in Chigny Woods. Helpful, friendly staff, cute rooms with bird wallpaper and a large bathroom with bathtub. Lobby is spacious with good seating for working or socializing. I checked out too early for breakfast, so no knowledge. But the in-room espresso machine was great! The gym needs improvement, the one weight machine is inoperable and there are no free weights.

The room was more than enough space for the three of us. The staff was very nice during check-in and check-out. The bus stop is right around the corner. The staff was helpful with navigation around with the bus.

So clean . So welcoming. Absolutely brilliant stay. Highly Recommend. Can’t fault this hotel . Fantastic.

The staff was terrible, and it wasn't only mine opinion. When in the evening I went down with my 7 years old son, to get some water from the water dispenser ( no water in the room), the receptionist run to us saying that if my son wants to drink water I have to go to the bar and buy it for 3 euros. We were treated as we were stealing, even though there was no information that you can not get the water from that dispenser. Everything was old and broken in this hotel: jackuzzi brokeni, no coins (change) for kids games that were next to the reception ,stinking carpets, no towels in the room, and when we asked for them the receptionist was angry that he has to go to get them for us. Certainly shocking experience to me. As I am travelling often to France for work, I can say that I was never treated in such a way in any french hotel. Also I liked the BW hotels chains before, but now verrrrrry not. My opinon: this place is to be avoided.

Aircon was terrible, didn't give fresh towels in a 3 day stay and no toilet roll change

The room was quiet. The staff were super nice. The hotel overall met my expectations. We stayed on the third floor far from the elevator. The overhead lights in the hall were not on day or night. It made for a dark walk back to our room which was uncomfortable.

Overall there wasn't anything we liked. We were miserable from the heat. My husband and I stayed for two nights, June 2025. Both nights the air conditioning system was out in the hotel. It was extremely hot in the room and entire building and there were no fans. When bringing this to the staffs attention, we were told that the technician didn't work on weekends. This was truly disappointing.
